Agreed. I already pay for an expensive sports package which includes BTN. On principle, I'm not paying extra to watch what I've already paid to watch. They're doing a great job alienating Michigan fans. I think I'll watch Purdue and root for them instead. Go Boilers.

The odd thing --- when the schedule was released, this game was a 5 or 7 PM ET start, with BTN coverage (EKU @ Purdue having similar timing).
Both games wound up tipping at 7 ET. I'm presuming BTN chose Purdue for the 7 ET start, figuring a Top 5 team would get better ratings in that "prime time" spot.
That would have slotted Michigan at 5, but I'm guessing the school may have simply chosen 7 for attendance purposes (and therefore punting on BTN coverage).
Net: the BTN+ coverage may be more Michigan's doing than BTN's doing.

Only sort of. Our basketball team is utterly irrelevant. We can't even fill out own arena. We're not within a dog's fart of being ranked. Why would the networks care?

I’m glad I’m not watching this game. Michigan shooting 60% from the field and 63% from three but down 3 due to 7 turnovers to their 0 and a 16-2 in the paint deficit. This is against a smaller overall team as well. Sad times!

McNeese is half the size of Mich, yet they's just blowing by Mich in the paint for easy layup after easy layup...and thats not to mention the turnovers. Masterful job Juwan...enjoy the NIT again

I don't know. It has occurred to me that due to a lack of other options, Juwan may have to live with him in hopes that he gets his basketball IQ up to match his athleticism later in the season. It's a trade-off that a Michigan team shouldn't have to make with a proper roster.

So...I took a look at the Joe Dumars St. schedule to see who their 10 victims are and two of them are College Of Biblical Studies and Champion Christian. I think if we stay purely secular, we might be able to pull this one out.
