Title says it all. Just thought it was an interesting stat.

Honestly- how probable is 13-0?  I mean, may/may not be technically statistically significant just yet, but sure seems headed in exactly that direction.

So could prove to be irrelevant as its own thread, yes, but we don’t really know yet, do we?  So until we know, could easily be pretty relevant, and plenty justified as its own thread.

Nor trying to criticize, but seriously, if these stats hold up, everyone will be citing them.

Maybe chill out a bit policing the board?

That means the ACC is even also because the bigten beat them in the challenge. I just think it speaks to the parity that is college basketball anymore. Also, I dont watch enough of other conferences games unless it's a big one, so I cant speak to their conference officiating but the bigten officiating leans big time to the home teams. At some point you need some lead dogs to break away from the pack to boost the conference up.

Would not surprise me to see the B1G champ with 5 or 6 losses.  Any of 4 or 5 teams could win it this year.  Gonna be extremely hard to win on the road as we're already seeing..

Just looked at the box score for that game and Cole Anthony didn't play.  Checked the recap and both he and Leaky Black missed that game with injuries.  Black isn't that important to his team's success but Cole Anthony is the heart of that team.

Good win for Wofford but UNC isn't very good WITH Anthony in the lineup.  Without him I wonder how bad they really are...

I think people are underrating Minnesota a bit.  They got waxed by Iowa (on the road!) but otherwise sorta look like a young team figuring itself out.  At home, with a chance to beat a top team, I'm not that surprised they shot 55% from the field and dominated in rebounds.  There really isn't a dominant team in college basketball this year, and as we're seeing both of OSU's marquee wins aren't necessarily as impressive as they were earlier in the year (UNC got beat by Wofford and Villanova hasn't beaten one team in the Kenpom top 100).  It's actually sorta exciting this year to realize that Michigan might be able to compete for a conference crown as they work out the kinks just because the teams expected to really dominate are stumbling.

Watching Rutgers and Minny this weekend, they both have a lot of talent.  Seton Hall was without their best player the 2nd half and their 2nd best player missed the game entirely though.  And Minnesota has that Carr absolutely have a career game.  But that's the way it is, on the road in the B1G is going to be tough all season.  Win your home games and got .500 on the road and you should win the conference.

I had someone sitting next to me Saturday who was so damn annoying that i actually found myself rooting for Oregon to win because it was the only time they were reasonably well behaved.

Just continues to reinforce the notion that there really aren't any "elite" teams in basketball this year. Or if there are, they haven't revealed themselves. Everyone is beatable on any given night.

Should make for a great season full of upsets, and a wild March Madness.

Wow. The Big 10 is gonna be an absolute bloodbath this season, ain't it?

With the exception of maybe 1-2 teams, pretty much anyone can beat anyone, depending on venue. Should be a fun ride.

Unfortunately will come to an end this week. Even an overrated Staee team isn’t losing to Northwestern.
