Harbaugh at his presser said so.

It didn't happen.  It didn't happen.  It didn't happen.  It didn't happen.  It didn't happen...

It's supposed to be a minor injury that he's resting to ensure he doesn't get hurt even more. From what I've seen he'll sit a couple games but could play through it if necessary. That doesn't concern me yet. And Hayes against MTSU and Army should be fine.

Big-time bummer ... was thinking only MCL issue given the evaluation delay.  Hope his rehab goes well and we see him full strength next season.

Why would a MCL be much better ? In terms of playing this year at least. A grade 3 MCL tear is about 3 months to start playing competitive again. Grade 2 is still 3-4 weeks before one can begin going hard again. Unless it was very minor, even a MCL would end his year.

Damn man. Silver lining, Hayes or whoever the backup is will have quite a bit of playing time under their belt from this season. Considering how much Michigan loses on the oline after this year, it's important to build depth and identify starters for next year.

No more major injuries please!

The OL has enough depth that losing a starter before the season isn't guaranteed disaster, but nowhere near the depth that we can lose guys and it's not a big deal. We're getting to the point that an additional injury would be "panic time" and the season hasn't even started.

Tackle Depth was one of my major concerns coming into the season, now both starters are out injured.

I think Bredeson moves out to play LT while Filliaga starts are guard.  Mayfield is the starter at RT now.

If Fillaga starts at 342 lbs, this is the biggest line we've ever had by a fair amount

320-342-320-370-319  That's 334 pounds a man along the line, wow!

Bredeson is NOT a tackle. He never was and never will be.

Why do so many people assume he'll just slide over when he's been nothing but a guard his entire career? And a damn good guard at that.

IRyan Hayes is the back-up tackle and I'd expect no one but Ryan Hayes to trot out at LT while Runyan is out.

Well, this just sucks - especially for Stueber.  But he'll survive to fight for that starting spot another day.  Hayes, your turn to get things sorted out and make yourself ready to go.  Mayfield - it's on you all year, man...

We're good.  Just win the game and get all the nicks and bruises back healthy.
