Yeah, I have no clue what this is about either. Michigan hacking to get practice footage hasn't been alleged by literally anyone. This is just straight up paranoia

One of the players specifically referenced Catapult and said that was the reason.  In this context, it's weird.

But the bigger issue to me is there was a lot of smoke that Catapult employees were in consistent contact with OSU video staffers and were getting paid.  I'm surprised nothing more has come of that.  Penn State was one of the schools whose film might have been shared, and under Franklin they do not seem like the kind of program that would shrug its shoulders and say, "no biggie."  If I were running Catapult, I would recognize the threat to my bottom line if teams have any reason to think their film isn't entirely safe.  I wouldn't give the Catapult employees who seemed to be close to the OSU staffers the benefit of the doubt.

Seems a bit conspiracy theory to me.  I dunno, I would expect Catapult to talk to any large athletic department and it would be business suicide for them to share private videos.  I would think there are a lot of firewalls around that stuff so random employee X couldn't just download everyone's practice film and hit the Silk Road or whatever.

This made me laugh. I don’t think I ever thought that but I do remember kids doing it.

My Mom however once used a passing truck to explain how the moon was really big but because it was so far away it looked small. She pointed out how the truck looked smaller after it had traveled a long way.

So i asked her a few minutes later if we had traveled a long way and when she said yes I asked her if we were smaller.
