5 scholarship freshman numbers are still unknown.
Wow, might be the camera angle but Hudson looks to have a college ready frame there.
He will make the two deep, even if it's a 2a/2b situation. He will not be redshirted. I would guess he ends up as a contender for most out-performed their ranking, even with his rise after he committed.
James Hudson looks enormous in that picture.
it does a body good!!!
size to his legs, which he will need when playing. Kid is going to be a monster.
Hawkins and Samuels both wearing #20 is interesting to me. They both seem like plus athletes which would typically indicate special teams is an option.
I removed that because it's not confirmed yet for Samuels, plus Tru Wilson switched to #20 in the spring but there hasn't been a roster released since the signing of the Magna Carta.
It's been a while since Michigan's roster had names like Hugh de Neville, Phillip d'Aubigny and Stephen Langton on it, and back in those days, they were far more worried about breakouts of things like typhoid in the locker room than next week's opponent.
Hawkins is #23 and Jordan Anthony is #1
Oooooooooooh where???
you can see Jordan Anthony in #1 on Kwity Paye snapchat: mr.paye. and you can see Samuels in #23 on Irving beys snapchat: fatglizzy730
I've wanted to see #1 on a LB for years. Finally.
I just wasted 10 minutes looking at that tweet trying to figure out who those players are! I finally figured I'd check the board and BAMN!
Looks like they moved to the Nike's Vapor Untouchable jersey cut?
What if they're the former #1 prospect in the country and on preseason All-America lists as a sophomore without ever starting as a freshman?
Big brother tweeted this one out. Josh Ross is #12.
Drake Harris is now a DB and switched to #12 too.

2 players can't have the same number on the field at the same time but not too many people will confuse Aubrey Solomon 6'3" 290 lbs with Kurt Taylor 5'9" 200 lbs.
Looks like our dreams of Aubrey Solomon playing wide receiver won't come true.
Won't be 7 if he's throwing to Tarik Black.
He's gonna redshirt so he could be #7 for a year. Like how Brandon Peters is #18 and Eubanks is also #18. Same recruiting class, but BP redshirted.
My guess is that McCaffery gets #10, a nod to Brady.
there are certain numbers I really like and certain numbers that I don't. Not a huge fan of 6 numbers (16, 26) or numbers in the 30s and 40s and 60s. I have no explanation for this, but I know I'd be a huge pain in the ass if a coach was trying to give me a number.
I bet 14 for Caff
#55 James Hudson looks like a grown ass man already. He's gonna be a force in the future
I would not want to be tackled by this dude in a dark alley..., or in any alley..., or tackled anywhere by the dude for that matter.
OSU running backs, and qb's will eventually feel the same way!
That looks like an offensive tackle
Players are wearing shorts with no knee pads these days!
Freaks me out.
#old school
#bring back rotary phones
not sure if serious but prob just for pictures as theyre required to wear certain pads during games.
current players are so blessed with the improvements in equipment, breathable fabrics, etc though theyre young enough its prob always been their norm. i vividly recall the days of girdles with annoying thigh and tailbone pads, jumbo shoulder pads (for all but QB and K), extra baggy jerseys, etc...by the time i got to college we progressed to smaller pads with under armour spandex and whatnot and the equipment staff tailored gear to each players specs but still prob somewhat bulky compared to current gear
I started playing football in 1980 when I was 10. I think it took me about 4 hours to figure out how to stuff the tailbone and hip pads into that damn girdle. My son plays little league football and it was relief to see that those pads are now built right into the pants.
Dylan wore 12 in highschool, so 2 would make sense.b/c its open. But honestly since he's redshirting he can pretty much choose any of the numbers 1-19 minus a few obvious ones.. so we'll see
McCaaffrey better not be the new Rudddock!
