Top 5 Underrated College Football Teams (College Football News)
It's slow... news wise, and since 3 of the 5 will be of interest to most on the board... thought I'd pass it along.
CMU:
"Kansas, Syracuse and Boston College all have to watch out against a team with all of the top receivers returning, six of the top eight tacklers back, a fantastic running back situation, and former Michigan star recruit Shane Morris being just fine in place of Rush."
Cincinnati: Season Home opener
Floridia Atlantic:
Michigan:

anything from 7-5 to 15-0 for us this year. So both claims really beg the question Over/Under-rated by who?
People pegging us as 9-3 +/-1 (since there is always some fudge due to the uncontrollable) are on the money, I think. Anything below 8-4 is underrated, and anything above 10-2 is overrated, IMO.
you're confusing potential with proven talent. And as far as experience goes, we have less of it than just about any other DI team, so we're more like 2-10, but fortunately it doesn't matter how inexperienced our guys are, as long as they make plays.
I guess autofill failed me
Seems like things are shaping up well for him at CMU. First though, he must get the nod at starting QB. Should be an interesting Fall Camp for him.
Already talked to their coaching staff about it.
Fickell is the only guy who has made OSU look average in the last 20 years. I'm skeptical he's going to do anything noteworthy at Cinci other than boost their recruiting profile for a few years
Same for Kiffin. I mean....I don't know why people keep hiring this guy. He was bad at Oakland, bad at Tennessee, bad at USC, and now he's going to be good at FAU? Ok.
should have a heck of a year. Best to him.
Thanks
"if it's possible, Michigan will fly under the radar."
As long as Harbaugh is the coach, that ain't happening.
It might not be early on, but it’ll beat Florida to start the season, and that’ll be enough for a 6-0 start before the showdown at Penn State.
Well, I will say that if we roll into that game 6-0, it would make things maximally interesting, especially if Penn State is on a similar roll.
1. Michigan
People say this is a 4 loss team...we're going undefeated. I'd say that's underrated.
Journalist need to make a living too....
I didn't know Kiffin was heading to Madison for Week 2. I'm curious to see him back head coaching. Anyway, my predictions fluctuate between 8 or more wins, so all of these underrated/overrated write-ups seem possible to me.
