There are...
...days until Frank Nunley sees another Michigan victory.
Without Michigan Football.
As much as I enjoy the warm weather, summer's end is a worthy sacrifice for the arrival of football.
59 days - yep, inching closer. But the real story is that Frank Nunley's nickname was the Fudge Hammer.
Just ... wow.
NTTAWWT
He's a Fudge Hammer man!
For some Fall football any day! Smelling some gator destruction in our near future.
GO BLUE!!
from the RR years on Sunday. I help with the traffic and a little boy with Florida shirt and pants asked me if the Block M was for Maryland. His dad quickly corrected him and said "Michigan".
The boy was maybe 8 years old and said "we are going to detroy you this year". And I aksed "Just like the bowl game a few years ago?"
For reference, I live in Georgia. Over the radio one of the other traffic team guys was complaining that every car that parks wrong or doesn't obey our signals has an Auburn sticker on it. SEC country for sure.
Can't forget Michigan's own Joey Sarantos, a linebacker from the 2001 recruiting class who apparently had an interception during his time here and did this face against OSU. 59 hasn't been a very popular number here.
AND 5th year Rich Rod long-snapper Sean "don't call me Peter" Griffin
Haha, Joey is my cousin. His dad also wore 59 on the 1969 team (he was a long snapper). Here is a video of each of them making special teams plays in the OSU games of '69 and '03.
Your mom is a cousin.
Huh?
