This is so awesome and hillarious because it is true (and rumored to happen for The Game).
It's really crazy.

Has this ever happened?

To US it is - look at the looks on these kids' faces man!
TD Tom Brady does not bring those smiles to kids this age - only rapper do
November 7th, 2015 at 8:56 PM ^
Do the math:
Tom Brady - 4 Super Bowls >>> Lebron James - 2 NBA Championships

You may not understand it.
But respect is another matter. Rap is a form of street poetry and dialogue. In its rawest form, it's fresh, creative and on-the-spot, in-real-time commentary & word play -- I've guys actually heard guys rapping in conversation w/ each other on the bus. Simply amazing.
*That* requires a level of talent often simply out of reach for more conventional writers and poets.

"Little to no respect" though? That sounds more like a personal issue than a simple dislike of the genre. I don't listen to Japanese flute music but I wouldn't go so far as to say I have no respect for their artists or talents.

Because it's so cool to show that you don't know who a big rap star is when you could google him if you actually gave a shit and wanted to know, but you'd rather post "who?" because your preference of music is superior to anything Big Sean does....I get it.

Posting an "I'm so cool" comment is preferable to fucking with his clique, clique, clique, clique, clique...
November 7th, 2015 at 8:38 PM ^
November 7th, 2015 at 8:51 PM ^
I'm not suggesting you should know who he is...I'm saying people are looking for attention when they go "who?" in these types of threads.
If you don't know...that's fine, but if you wanted to know, clearly you know how to use the internet and you could find out.
