Harbaughisms with Jim and John (fun interview)
I found this fun video with John & Jim Harbaugh talking about some of their favorite sayings. The classics are included (Who's got it better than us, Enthusiasm unknown to mankind) and they include some origin stories. There are also some early family photos.
It's from the LA Chargers account. About 9 minutes. Enjoy.
i love the part of the video where Keith Jackson surprises them both by jumping out of the big cake sent to them by Trent Balke.
The Harbaughs weren't the only ones surprised about the cake.
It seems like all he has done since taking the Chargers job is some form of this interview. Maybe the California sun has cost him his competitive edge.
You missed a lot of great comments in that post.
I miss Jim :(
I missed him before 2015. Now I miss him more. Nothing against any of the old or new staff or program. But it’s a unicorn to find that passion and competency and loyalty. Wish it could’ve continued for another 2 or 20 years more.
We got to enjoy that fleeting beautiful moment like so few get to do. Jim really left his mark. I wish it could have kept going too.
Me too. Big time. Michigan will always by my football team. Team 144 might always my favorite.
Remember when we won that national championship?
Good times.
That was awesome!
(Chris Farley, RIP)
Jim looks so happy. After seeing this, I know he made the right decision. Good luck, Coach.
I agree. He could always come back as AD.
It’s funny that half the people on the thread won’t realize this had been posted already
Yes, I thought the same. I guess nobody Pos-Bangs like they used to.
I don’t know if there was any possible way to keep him in Ann Arbor but they should have done more than they did to keep him. Listening to all of the players at the combine to a man they relished playing for him. He really was the culture. Sure hope Sherrone picked that part up.
I miss Jim but he did what he had to do. He will always be respected here.
I'm not a fan of the Chargers adopting Jim as their entire brand at this point. A little embarrassed for them, too. What a character-less franchise
