Dude will be 23 years old on 12/28.
December 4th, 2023 at 9:49 AM ^
He's young enough to be Stetson Bennett's son!
December 4th, 2023 at 9:58 AM ^
Only 20 more years until he's as mature as JJ.
December 4th, 2023 at 9:55 AM ^
Sam Hartman says hold my beer. Already has gray in his beard, unlike 3rd Base Boy. Sam should have a PhD after 7 years in college...
December 4th, 2023 at 10:05 AM ^
lotta people go to college for seven years
December 4th, 2023 at 10:07 AM ^
Hey get back on the road and sell us some break pads! Callahan Auto ain’t gonna save itself!
December 4th, 2023 at 12:56 PM ^
...weren't we watching cartoons?
December 4th, 2023 at 10:13 AM ^
Yeah, they're called doctors.
December 4th, 2023 at 10:50 AM ^
Oh, this has to be you
December 4th, 2023 at 12:14 PM ^
Yeah, they're called doctors.
Not always...
December 4th, 2023 at 10:26 AM ^
But unlike Blutarski they don't waste them all.
December 4th, 2023 at 10:39 AM ^
That's Senator Blutarsky.
December 4th, 2023 at 11:17 AM ^
Seven years wasted
December 4th, 2023 at 11:40 AM ^

"I was in college longer than grunge music was a thing" - Bert Kreisher
December 4th, 2023 at 12:35 PM ^
Maybe he didn't go to college to play school?
December 4th, 2023 at 9:56 AM ^
Hey that's my birthday but I'm a couple years older than 23, a couple as in 32 more years.
December 4th, 2023 at 11:14 AM ^
He's from the same class at Cade, which sort of blows my mind but also feels about right given COVID and how weird football is with redshirts.
December 4th, 2023 at 9:47 AM ^
Miss St
December 4th, 2023 at 9:50 AM ^
Is it possible to collect social security and play college football at the same time?
December 4th, 2023 at 10:03 AM ^
LOL. If Harbaugh has eligibility, he should just suit up for a game and play a snap.
December 4th, 2023 at 9:51 AM ^
All this portal news just makes you even more grateful for guys like Corum, Hutch, Zinter, etc. who actually care about the team they're playing for.
December 4th, 2023 at 10:17 AM ^
Preach! Which is also why the stargazers should take a deep breath and realize that our coaches are looking for a different kind of kid than the recruiting experts might favor. This is a very calculated approach, and it is paying off in a big way.
December 4th, 2023 at 12:37 PM ^
It makes me grateful for guys like Trente Jones and Quintin Johnson.
December 4th, 2023 at 1:10 PM ^
Amen. Michael Barrett, German Green, Mikey, and Mullings. The last two are dudes who trusted the coaches and program enough to CHANGE POSITIONS and thrive. Having guys who want to play for Michigan and contribute more than they want to be their own stars is what built this program. “Those who stay” has never meant more than it does right now
December 4th, 2023 at 9:52 AM ^
This shit be getting stupid.
December 4th, 2023 at 10:23 AM ^
Getting?
This shit was stupid when coaches started leaving their teams before their bowl games.
December 4th, 2023 at 10:29 AM ^
If you are good you should whore yourself out to the highest bidder in this free market capitalism system. I guess.
If you grad transfer you get 2 shots for the payday, otherwise you get the 1 transfer and that's your NFL free agency moment but without a salary cap.
December 4th, 2023 at 11:32 AM ^
It is getting dumb but I think this one makes sense. He went to Oklahoma because of the offensive coordinator (who was his old coach at Central FL) so it makes sense for him to also follow that same coach to Miss State.
December 4th, 2023 at 9:53 AM ^
College sports are now like professional sports, only if every contract was one year in duration and there were basically no rules.
December 4th, 2023 at 10:05 AM ^
Hey now. There are rules. Don't buy burgers to a recruit. Everything else goes.
December 4th, 2023 at 10:08 AM ^
Close, but I believe the actual rule states that you may buy any player whatever you would like. Where they get you is in the fine print it specifies that you can buy any player anything you want AS LONG AS YOU AREN'T JIM HARBAUGH
December 4th, 2023 at 12:28 PM ^
You left out you can steal signs via TV or random fans uploading content online for public viewing, but you can't send a friend to a game record them for you. Or can you? Unclear.
December 4th, 2023 at 10:19 AM ^
It is basically the NFL if the NFL had guaranteed 5 year contracts (or the duration remaining of their eligibility) with every player having an opt-out clause after each year.
December 4th, 2023 at 11:18 AM ^
And if the players weren't actually being paid by their NFL team.
December 4th, 2023 at 10:33 AM ^
Can't you transfer only once unless you want to sit out a year so it's not quite that. It's free agency once and then you can do it again if you want to be a grad transfer. I don't see many of these players sitting out a year.
December 4th, 2023 at 9:54 AM ^
Jackson Arnold is that good....However his OC/QB coach just took the Mississippi State HC gig. Maybe Gabriel is heading there?
December 4th, 2023 at 9:54 AM ^
December 4th, 2023 at 10:50 AM ^
“Tapestry” is one of the best recordings ever. Great link…
December 4th, 2023 at 9:54 AM ^
Everyone is definitely following the tampering rules. /s
December 4th, 2023 at 9:57 AM ^
I hope a michigan-retained private eye is dilligently monitoring all Ohio State correspondence with potential portal players. Imagine the competitive advantage they would get if they had illegally obtained players on their roster. It would be the biggest scandal in college football history!
December 4th, 2023 at 9:59 AM ^
If we aren't doing that, then we are flat out committing malpractice.
December 4th, 2023 at 10:01 AM ^
I think a blind private investigator could see what's going on here. Hopefully no one offered this dude cream cheese for his bagel.
December 4th, 2023 at 10:51 AM ^
Think of the dangers to player safety if that were to happen!
December 4th, 2023 at 9:56 AM ^
0% chance all of these moves happen without some sort of tampering. Guarantee most of these big names already know where they are going. Absolutely ridiculous and hurts the sport
December 4th, 2023 at 9:58 AM ^
Tampering. We cant worry about tampering. Theres teams out there scouting and buying cheeseburgers fergodsakes.
December 4th, 2023 at 10:09 AM ^
And here Michigan is, fucking the NCAA and the integrity of the sport in the ass with buying recruits some cheeseburgers and breaking a minor rule with no listed punishment and one that the NCAA was ready to overturn and do away with two years ago anyway.
December 4th, 2023 at 9:56 AM ^
Was he expecting to not be the starter, next year? If that isn’t the case, I don’t understand why an incumbent at Oklahoma would leave
December 4th, 2023 at 10:01 AM ^
Why did dickheadson leave despite Howard making excuses for his dipshit behavior over and over?
Because these players don't give a shit about loyalty.
