Assuming he wins the Big 10 and makes the finals, he will make almost as much as Mel Tucker this year. Think about that.

Just looked it up:
Harbaugh's base is $7,000,000. He gets $500,000 for winning a Big Ten East Title as well as $50,000 for winning Big 10 Coach of the Year. So, as of right now, Harbaugh has earned $7,550,000.
If Harbaugh wins on Saturday, he gets another $1,000,000 for winning the Big 10 and another $500,000 for making a National Semi-Final appearance. So, if he wins the Big 10 and makes the playoff -- which we will -- Harbaugh will earn $9,050,000.
Finally, Harbaugh will get another $1,000,000 if we win the National Title. So, even if he finishes undefeated and wins the Bg 10 and the National Title, he will earn about the same as Mel Tucker.
Harbaugh needs a raise.

Bret Bielema I think has a bit of a case. Great season for a second year coach at Illinois and took us to the brink at our house. I think if he wins the West he might have had it just given that fact that he's a Illinois and it's his second year. But outside of that, no one is even close.
