Where the confirmation?
November 26th, 2022 at 8:23 AM ^
Confirmation
November 26th, 2022 at 8:51 AM ^
Confirmation
Ok. I’ll admit this made laugh. Thank you since I’m having a pregame high blood pressure event this morning.
November 26th, 2022 at 9:01 AM ^
I did that for fun, but it is also true that I have confirmation. One-off from a player we all know, and the one-off is 100% credible
November 26th, 2022 at 9:32 AM ^
Me too!

Pre game show
November 26th, 2022 at 10:51 AM ^
I generally don't comment on the first one with a different info but this I thought folks would love to know. I just heard Sam say BC, DE, Luke, Keegan, Morris will all play and they are on the field. DE has a cast. How effective they will be, he doesn't know.
November 26th, 2022 at 8:25 AM ^
..... at what percent of capability?
Also, I'd like to hear some pregame Keegan news if anyone has any.
November 26th, 2022 at 8:28 AM ^
Guys will be getting the needle this am in order to play.
November 26th, 2022 at 8:32 AM ^
So. . . out of their minds?
November 26th, 2022 at 8:35 AM ^
Tordol.
colson and schoon also playing with signif issues
November 26th, 2022 at 8:38 AM ^
Significant issues?
November 26th, 2022 at 8:49 AM ^
I think toradol is what they gave me for a kidney stone. If so, can confirm it blocks pain well.
November 26th, 2022 at 9:17 AM ^
Yeah that's what they gave me for a stone that had me crying in agony at the ER. Miraculous pain relief.
November 26th, 2022 at 9:12 AM ^
I was thinking a shot of a steroid, which opens things up and tones things down. I got one and the pain was gone within a day and stayed gone for a month. But it depends on the injury.
November 26th, 2022 at 9:23 AM ^
This is one of those “trust the docs” situations. I trust they are just managing pain and would not let them play if it opened up the injury up to more long term issues.
November 26th, 2022 at 10:03 AM ^
I wouldn’t trust the docs. Not a great history of that. These guys are doing long term damage. It’s the dark side of football. Pain is your bodies way of telling you to stop, masking the pain and pushing through isn’t tough, it’s stupid and leads to long term damage.
it’s these guys choice to make, not trying to morality away football. But it doesn’t help to lie to ourselves about reality either.
November 26th, 2022 at 9:33 AM ^
What happened to Colson?
November 26th, 2022 at 9:38 AM ^
Colson missed the last two series against Illinois, including the Hail Mary one. The podcast explanation that it was because Illinois was probably running the ball didn't make sense to me.
November 26th, 2022 at 9:55 AM ^
k, thought I heard a blurb on this too but saw nothing further. Sow he may be a caricature of himself? You should know. Ever notice how some people only skim the surface for meaning? Me neither. :)
November 26th, 2022 at 9:24 AM ^
I've seen the needle and the damage done...
Hope they make it through without further injury.
November 26th, 2022 at 10:55 AM ^
+1 for Neil Young reference 🎶
November 26th, 2022 at 10:00 AM ^
You say that like it’s a good thing
November 26th, 2022 at 10:02 AM ^
To paraphrase Dr. Ashish Jha, "I really believe this is why God gave us two arms — to get pain killers injected into each in order to beat the Buckeyes!"
November 26th, 2022 at 9:23 AM ^
Pretty sure Balas is saying Keegan is playing
November 26th, 2022 at 8:25 AM ^
Any comment on their health percentage?
November 26th, 2022 at 8:31 AM ^
I'm coming up with thirty two point three, uh repeating of course.
November 26th, 2022 at 8:36 AM ^
ALRIGHT LETS DO THIS
LEEEROYYYY

JEEEENNNNNKINS
November 26th, 2022 at 8:57 AM ^
Up voting for "repeating, of course"
November 26th, 2022 at 9:15 AM ^
Well, that's a lot better than we usually do.
November 26th, 2022 at 8:26 AM ^
Any word on if Edwards is playing with a cast? I would say that the level of impairment posed by the cast depends on the player and position but given Edwards's amazing catching abilities, it would be great if he didn't need the cast.
November 26th, 2022 at 8:32 AM ^
I'm worried more about ball security with a cast.
November 26th, 2022 at 8:57 AM ^
can confirm he will be playing with a cast of 73, which, far from impairing him, will actually allow him to--
...oh wait
November 26th, 2022 at 10:41 AM ^
Photo on twitter, from Isaiah Hole, shows the cast: https://twitter.com/isaiahhole/status/1596522497683632128?s=46&t=LiOSuSIOf9-I-5UsULkaHQ

No surprise there but nice to hear … but we really need Morris on D as well !!! Go Blue !!!

LFG!!!!

Amazing to think what a complete change in this team’s culture has occurred over the past few years. From the dark days of 2018-2020 when players decided not to play in order to preserve their draft status to today, when players are apparently suiting up and playing with significant injuries.
This is a reflection of the commitment to “our culturing them” referenced in the Biff Poggie article in the Athletic.
Go Blue forever and beat Ohio.
November 26th, 2022 at 8:43 AM ^
Let’s hope nothing is significant and just minor. Significant means no juking while minor means it hurts. I’ve rewatched Blakes hit and for the life of me can’t decipher what happened to what. I’m hoping it was the equivalent of banging your shin on a trailer hitch, where it hurts like hell but it’s nothing debilitating.
November 26th, 2022 at 8:52 AM ^
Looked to me like a knee hyperextension.
November 26th, 2022 at 10:54 AM ^
I was watching specifically for that and didn't see it. Looked to me like it stayed bent the right way.
November 26th, 2022 at 9:17 AM ^
Pretty sure he banged it on the helmet of a tackler.
November 26th, 2022 at 9:59 AM ^
Yes the helmet hit his knee squarely.
November 26th, 2022 at 9:59 AM ^
I was thinking it was his kneecap potentially dislodging.
November 26th, 2022 at 10:20 AM ^
From the dark days of 2018-2020 when players decided not to play in order to preserve their draft status
Did we have players do this against OSU? I only remember it in the bowl games.
November 26th, 2022 at 10:44 AM ^
Having something to play for cures this. End up in a meaningless bowl game and this will come right back.

Was wondering if Corum might have been feeling a bit of patellar tendonitis and then got a helmet right on the tendon. I've bumped my knee while experiencing that tendonitis and it made me see white and almost piss myself from the pain. One of the only reasons I could come up with that the staff would allow him to test it again without an MRI first.

Henning? Keegs? Schoon?
