Investigations started after a player came forward with a complaint. I wonder what he complained about her not being willing to do?
It sounds like she used the massage as an in to have sex with the players. She would lure them in by saying the massage was free, then try to extort them for money after having sex.
The investigation found nothing illegal in what actually happened though. I don't know why the story is news-worthy.

As underclassmen coming in in the early 90s I have to admit that I was actively pursuing such "therapy". Sadly, I just read about it in magazines. "I never thought it would happen to me…"
It did happen to me, but I was so damn shocked I didn't do anything.

I can't figure out what she was doing. At one point the article said she was 'demanding payment' after a sexual interaction, so was she trying to extort players? It doesn't mention it again after that, so was she just super into trying to bang OSU players? Weird...

Read through the report, and saw that both she and the players claim everything was consensual. Was she offering free rub downs because they were football players - a service she would normally charge other clients for? Or, was she using the rub down as a means to potentially have sex with the players. If its the former, that's a violation. If it's the latter, nothing to see here.
