Washington DC heading to Texas
Washington is game 2 and obviously will have some turnover. HC Jimmy Lake had been previous DC so there likely is not going to be a major structural change, but there may be some effect in terms of either of position coach moving up or someone new moving in, especially early in the year.

No politics.

They're following the bankrupt NRA to Texas?
January 19th, 2021 at 12:46 PM ^
Post #1, no politics. Post #2, politics. There are plenty of other sites where you can blog all day about your feelings and nobody will care. Let’s stick to UM sports.

No politics . . . just a feeble attempt at humor.
Sometimes, I mean, in these times, people are very serious.
January 19th, 2021 at 2:48 PM ^
The NRA is doing just fine. Thanks for asking

What a good title

It's amazing what the combination of an apostrophe and a letter can do.
Washington's DC headed to Texas.
January 19th, 2021 at 12:41 PM ^
Stop the presses!!!! Texas signs up a DC from Washington!!!
Uh...ahem...soooo...what's this got to do with us?
January 19th, 2021 at 12:49 PM ^
Well they are our marquee Out of Conference opponent next year, but otherwise nothing at all.
January 19th, 2021 at 11:40 AM ^
I read the OP title and assumed that the entire District of Columbia was moving to Texas.
January 19th, 2021 at 12:07 PM ^
Same, I thought we were moving the nation's capitol to TX (which, tbh has some merit I think).
January 19th, 2021 at 1:10 PM ^
Unfortunately Texas is filled with Texans.
January 19th, 2021 at 2:42 PM ^
Texas is actually an incredibly diverse state, probably because of its huge geographic footprint. From Dallas, to Austin, SA, Houston, etc. but I understand we’re in the era of stereotyping an entire group of people based on meaningless details like which imaginary lines they live inside of. So, carry on.
January 19th, 2021 at 3:05 PM ^
Ask them what they think about California.
January 19th, 2021 at 4:16 PM ^
I think Texas gets enough federal dollars as it is. No need to send them even more.
January 19th, 2021 at 12:29 PM ^
That's some Tectonic F**kery right there.
January 19th, 2021 at 1:01 PM ^

January 19th, 2021 at 11:41 AM ^
Would we then have Bigger government in Texas?
January 19th, 2021 at 1:15 PM ^
Yep, everything's bigger in Texas.
January 19th, 2021 at 11:41 AM ^
I always thought the state capitol belonged in Texas, the most American state.
January 19th, 2021 at 12:07 PM ^
Texas already has a state capitol in the state capital, Austin.
January 19th, 2021 at 1:03 PM ^
Keep Austin weird.
January 19th, 2021 at 1:28 PM ^
I lived in San Antonio for 6 years. Texas already thinks it's its own country.
January 19th, 2021 at 1:43 PM ^
That was some tricky punctuation. You nailed it!
January 19th, 2021 at 11:41 AM ^

January 19th, 2021 at 11:43 AM ^
I never saw the vote on this?
January 19th, 2021 at 11:43 AM ^

January 19th, 2021 at 11:50 AM ^
An easily misinterpreted title, but I can clear up any confusion.
He's clearly asking for directions from Washington, DC to Texas.

Do they know not to mess with it?
January 19th, 2021 at 12:09 PM ^
