He'll be back.
November 29th, 2018 at 2:53 PM ^
Bagman must've gotten to him! (see OP below)
November 29th, 2018 at 4:44 PM ^
If we have bagmen - they really suck / are cheap.
November 29th, 2018 at 5:32 PM ^
Schollie with the purchase of 2 cokes. . .
November 29th, 2018 at 2:53 PM ^
no need to watch when all those crystal balls flowed that way last night
November 29th, 2018 at 2:56 PM ^
I had nothing better to do at work. :-/
November 29th, 2018 at 3:04 PM ^
Felt like Isaiah Wilson again, didn’t it?
November 29th, 2018 at 3:05 PM ^
Less irritating this time due to our depth at the position.
November 29th, 2018 at 5:14 PM ^
Also, still a whole year out from Bailey. Isaiah Wilson was 5 weeks before signing day, and that really felt like a kick in the gut. Having Wilson against Ohio State could have made it a slightly different game (Only because Steuber gave up a sack on the second play, which took Michigan out of 2nd and 3 to 3rd and 9. Driving there may have set a bit of a different tone that game. JK we still get skullfucked).
November 29th, 2018 at 2:54 PM ^
Harbaugh's inability to recruit his choice of elite QB is one of the most surprising aspects of his tenure here. He did well with Peters (sigh) and McCaffrey but after that, we're definitely not getting our share of the cream of the crop.
I guess bad weather and "man balling" 20 passes a game isn't appealing to the five star QB set.
November 29th, 2018 at 2:56 PM ^
I enjoy man balling your mama.
November 29th, 2018 at 2:58 PM ^
That's surprising since you didn't seem to be into women on TV.
November 29th, 2018 at 3:05 PM ^
I married this hot piece. Show me what you got, sucka.
November 29th, 2018 at 3:08 PM ^
Sure thing "cousin Larry".
November 29th, 2018 at 3:18 PM ^
I enjoyed reading that conversation.
November 29th, 2018 at 5:25 PM ^
Don't be ridiculous.
November 29th, 2018 at 4:20 PM ^
Belky! That you??

+1 Descriptive
November 29th, 2018 at 2:56 PM ^
You mean Shea and two other four stars?
November 29th, 2018 at 2:57 PM ^
You mean Shea the guy who didn't commit to Michigan but only transferred because Harbaugh wasn't happy with the guys he recruited?
No. I don't.
November 29th, 2018 at 3:06 PM ^
Guys he recruited? Michigan was a QB dumpster fire when he arrived. He had to get a couple grad transfers, one worked out (Rudock) and one didn't (Okorn). Shea was pretty darn good. His only QB recruit that played any appreciable time, Peters, may or may not work out. McCaffery looks to be the real deal. Too soon to tell on Milton and of course McNamara.
Not making any excuses, but from where Michigan was in 2015 to where they are now is light years difference at EVERY position. When the succession of great QB's from here on out start their parade to the NFL (Patterson, McCaffery, Milton, ETC), all of you doubters can stay off the bandwagon.
November 29th, 2018 at 3:11 PM ^
Not to mention Peters was essentially forced into action before he was ready.
November 29th, 2018 at 3:42 PM ^
Peters was more than fine, given the absolutely awful line he was protected by.
November 29th, 2018 at 4:04 PM ^
"Forced into action before he was ready."
I know Peters wasn't quite at Fromm's or Lawrence's level but they were TRUE freshman stars. I would have expected redshirt-freshman Peters to be the next man up when Speight went down by that measure, especially with a less-pass-happy offense.
November 29th, 2018 at 7:16 PM ^
This is true, but the Oline last year would have made Fromm and Lawrence look like busts. Sorry, but even the first game this year saw Shea got rocked. Of course, as the year went on, things changed dramatically for the better. Thank god they did. If Warinner continues to improve the offensive line play, Michigan QB's are going to look a lot better. I honestly wanted to see Peters get more play after McCaffrey went down. Be nice to see him behind a solid offensive line.
November 29th, 2018 at 6:41 PM ^
See the bagmen post again brother....Ole Miss was super clean right?
November 29th, 2018 at 6:43 PM ^
who did harbaugh want over mccaffrey? im pretty sure he was the top target, and committed very early....
November 29th, 2018 at 7:05 PM ^
I mentioned Dylan and Brandon and specifically said AFTER them.
November 29th, 2018 at 2:58 PM ^
Have you heard of Joe Milton? Or Cade McNamara?
November 29th, 2018 at 3:02 PM ^
Yes. Neither are elite unless you think the 9th and 11th best pro-style guys are elite.
I'm talking about landing guys like Shea, right out of high school. Guys like... DTR who we were all over and couldn't land.
November 29th, 2018 at 3:05 PM ^
You should totally go back at look at recruiting rankings with the value of hindsight, particularly when it comes to QBs...
November 29th, 2018 at 3:09 PM ^
I expect they will all end up good. Harbaugh is a good coach. That doesn't refute the fact that Michigan has whiffed on landing elite QB talent out of high school.
November 29th, 2018 at 7:10 PM ^
The same DTR that started the year backing Speight up? Playing for College Chip Kelly too.
November 29th, 2018 at 2:59 PM ^
People are downvoting this and maybe it could have been worded better, but your point is accurate. Harbaugh developed three positions exceptionally well at Stanford: QB, Tackle and tight end. And yet he seems to be struggling to recruit all three of those positions rather inexplicably.
November 29th, 2018 at 3:03 PM ^
People are downvoting because it's true and hard to accept. It's the MGOWay.
November 29th, 2018 at 3:22 PM ^
Bingo.
November 29th, 2018 at 3:29 PM ^
Damn, I got the Maizen cosign.
November 29th, 2018 at 3:41 PM ^
(redacted)
I don't know anything.
November 29th, 2018 at 4:20 PM ^
You know you suck when you get the maiden cosign.
November 29th, 2018 at 4:34 PM ^
I guess I'm today's "Lousiville AD" of MGOPosters
November 29th, 2018 at 9:25 PM ^
Or, you are Maizen.
November 29th, 2018 at 11:19 PM ^
Don’t be stupid. If possible.
November 29th, 2018 at 5:27 PM ^
That's funny, even if you are talking to yourself.
I just don't know anymore. Too many new accounts to keep up.
November 29th, 2018 at 10:58 PM ^
Yep...you're F ed now. Got the nod from Maizen. Don't worry though, one of his many other accounts will chime in soon to tell you that you're a complete fool.
November 29th, 2018 at 3:34 PM ^
Is JPC your new account?
November 29th, 2018 at 3:35 PM ^
Obviously not. Why would I talk shit to him, and call him "Maizen"?
Are you WD's 80th account?
November 29th, 2018 at 3:08 PM ^
I would say TE has been the best thus far. It's the lack of development that baffles me.
November 29th, 2018 at 3:11 PM ^
With the way Michigan uses TEs, you'd expect us to land a top 3 TE every cycle just based on scheme and reputation.
November 29th, 2018 at 3:17 PM ^
Stanford was a long time ago. Today these kids want to play in a wide open offense. Handing the ball off 40 times a game and passing for 180 yards is not very appealing.
