What coach Hutch has built is amazing, A national power in a warm weather sport. Interestingly enough she recruits heavily in the Midwest, she does it with top tier midwest players, while other schools in the B1G heavily recruit the west and get 2nd tier Cali, Arizona and Texas kids. When she does recruit southern or western kids they are top tier kids being recruit by all the powers.
Hutch is a softball rock star.

QB will get better each week, team will make less mental mistakes. Harbaugh will piss off a lot of people in his Michigan coaching career,but he'll start with Meyer. He will get under Meyer's skin from day 1, Dantanio will go back to crying about being disrespected.
That's what I hope happens, I think there is a lot of talent on the team that's under performing, I think Harbaugh will have them over achieving
It seems the current administration is significantly more tight lipped then in the past, the insiders are now just guessing and saying the same type of things the national media is saying. Nobody seems to have a real source. Probably for the best.
People in the sport at all levels revere Hutch. She's really accessible, when she's at a tournament scouting kids follow her around like she's the pied piper, she's really a great representative of university and the sport. What she's built is amazing, the sport is dominated by warm climate schools in warm climate states, she recruits a lot of Midwest kids. She just runs a a great program. I was at 2 NFCA coaching clinics a few years back, one clinic she ran @ UM, was a sell out 150 coaches at every level, 2 weeks later I was at one held @ OSU ran by Jay Miller who at the time was the USA National coach, it drew about 30 coaches.
