I could be wrong, but from the outside and as a casual fan, Harbaugh seems to have a really shitty attitude about player injuries (which I suspect pervades the staff) and might make players hesitant to take time to heal (as they might lose their spot in the lineup).

Haven't we consistently heard that Harbaugh handles injuries in his players poorly.  Richard Sherman complained about this as did Dylan McCaffrey.  I'm sure there are others.

From the outside that seems to be a glaring issue.

As troublesome as it has been at times, I think dealing with the mythos of the "Michigan Man" is better than a having a program infested with "Schiano men".

He's a big guy, maybe they could introduce some QB sneak goal line packages with him (like the "Belldozer" plays OU would run).
