I'm also in Cincy. The alumni chapter has a gathering downtown but they don't get much of a turnout. Would be cool to see Dayton and Cincinnati fans meet somewhere off 75 and take over a bar for the Utah game.
Do people actually believe there is a $4million gap between the preceived value of Michigan between Adidas and Nike? Sure, there is a premium for Adidas having Michigan as one of it's signature schools, but there is no way that number is $4mil a year.
Jordan brand is basically ran as it's own company, they aren't going to a school as big as Michigan. It wouldn't help with recruiting either, if kids are choosing a school based on shoes it's going to be for Lebrons or Kyries, not Jordans. Nike puts way more money into technology for their newer lines than they do redesigning Jordans.
I would love to buy some Maize and Blue Jordans but it's not going to happen.
So how do the pitching matchups play out for this game and a possible game tonight? Does Michigan have an edge in either game, I know Illinois has a great staff.
I tried to read through some tweets but gave up. Where is the mistreatment? Beckman is trying (and failing) to turn that program around, and players may not agree with his techniques but unless there is actual physical abuse I'm pretty sure this goes on all over the country.
I could see the Bengals giving him a shot. They kept Burfict out of trouble and really need playmakers on d-line. Personally I wasn't that impressed with Clark when he was on the field this year except a couple quarters.
I don't see any chance they clear a spot for Williams. I don't even see JB doing it for Brown but I guess there is a chance. Its just not in his character.
Cincinnati hasn't been a basketball school for 10yrs. They make their money from football. That's why they are renovating Nippert and still have a dump of an arena for bball.
With the NCAA tourney going on at the same time the attendance and tv viewership for this is going to be a joke.
I think there's a better chance of losing to Wisconsin than winning 3 straight.
Depends when you want to purchase. If you wait til week of game you should be able to get something around the 20yrd line for $80, probably $60 if they lose to Utah.
There will be a lot of season ticket holders selling this game to recoup some of their cost.
If you can't be one of the top 14ish teams in college hockey do you really deserve an auto bid for being regular season champs in a crappy conference? There really isn't a reason to play the BIG tourney if there is no bid on the line. Nobody would go or watch it either.
The puck control by so many of these guys is amazing to watch.
Still hard to be a believer this team can make a run though. That first goal given up by Racine being a prime example. He was already out of the crease then goes even farther to poke the puck into open space. You either have to try to bring that in with the stick and cover it or get your butt back between the pipes. He definitely made some progess this weekend though.
This team needs postseason experience. Sit Irvin and Spike if you want. Just let Max and all the freshmen get some time on the court in a win or go home situation.

I'm sure a lot of potential recruits who grew up Michigan fans have this same sentiment. Thank God for Harbaugh.

Why would they fire him after last season? They had a few decent big ten wins and made a bowl game.

This lip sync battle is epic.
Used Dominos pizza box signed by Brandon and Hoke, COA included.
I wonder how the University of Illinoise feels about this.
Unfortunately being in the BIG might be just enough reason for him to stay away. Hopefully we see a big improvement in the conference next season.
Smart move, Wells dominated the ball so often. Without him Trimble will really shine. Looks like he had a similar decision to what Burke faced.
Michigan would not be #1 in scoring if they played in a decent conference.
At some point, if it isn't already, JB will make this a requirement when recruiting. Hopefully everyone stays this summer.
