Perhaps with the appropriate prep both during the week and pregame - you use your fist play to KICK ASS. 

But as some have said so far, if it was all about the hype, wouldn't that have shown itself by now? 

The presentation he gives is great. If you guys are gym inclined it's definitely worth a watch. 

It's my opinion after myself going through a substantial fitness and nutrition change since January, that the benefits of this staff and Abigail the nutritionist could be the extra edge we've been missing.

I like the white upper and maize laces, but I wish the lower colors were flipped - blue toe, maize swoosh and just flip the colors on the heel. Looks too much like West Virginia.

I own a few M  Jordan brand items and a few pairs of shoes and can say all of the products are of the highest quality. I really do think they are worth the money, they are next-level garments and I would classify them as 'premium'  apparel for sure. 

That being said -  and this isn't the case with the most pouplar items that do sell out as WD has said - But sometimes you can get great deals through the M Den or Nike website as certain items go on clearance, in addition to using giftcards or discount codes. But if there's something you really want - I would go ahead and get it. 

Really thrilled that M has paired with Nike/Jordan. They've taken all of my extra money it seems. 

It's nice to feel proud to rock the block M again - we had times where the apparel was garbage or the team was soft - or both. Those days are no longer.

Finally, we have what we need - big stage, at night, primetime. I want to see Michigan Football in marquee time slots for the foreseeable future. There is absolutely no reason we should not be one of the top 6 or 7 featured teams in the nation. 

As someone who lived out of state for many years and watched all games on TV, I sympathize with the traffic concerns. 

But really though, get over yourself. This is about M and being bigger and better than ever before, not preserving your family tradition or your seat cushion or whatever the hell. Get over it. This is the big time - don't bring you damn Grandpa to this shit if he can't hang.

Are the workouts they're doing now - i.e. the video Harbaugh posted of Gary in that conditioning drill - are they different than the spring practice count of 15? Must be - just wondering if there are 15 'padded' practices for the spring. 

I would love to have a night game at the Big House vs. Sparty. 

This whole 'too drunk' thing by the Athletic Dept. is weak sauce. SEC does it all the time. We need a big stage, big atmosphere. It should be rowdy, it should be tense and it should be a prime time beat down. Ain't nothing wrong with that. 

I get OSU stays where it's at becuase of tradition and weather. But in October, the hell with it. The idea AA lacks the resources or man power for an event at this time slot is absurd. Just gotta have the want to. 

It would be a huge stage for recruiting and of course, VICTORY. 

This should be a solid acquirement for Taggart! Feel a bit bad for Hoke...just a bit though.

I know many predicted this would happen - but it's still filling me with hate and (Maize) rage right now. 

The idea that you cannot speak out against obvious, biased officiating as your opinion and be deemed 'unsportsmanlike' is the epitome of bullshit. 

Is this what we are to teach the young people on the team? If you get the obvious ass end of the stick in life, you should just roll over and take it quietly because you're not being a 'sportsman?'

I agree with the previous posts - we could easily crowd-source this fine and send it to the conference - with love and loathing from the Michigan fan base. What stupid fucking bureaucracy. The Game was hard enough, this just feels like heaping it on.

Just awesome. I never played Football myself, nor any athletics at this level. I just love the vibe and the energy from the staff. It's also a great glimpse into a more raw atmosphere in the old school sense. that locker room looks so crowded - not a place of comfort but a place of business. Love the 'That's a helluva football play right there..." Just awesome. 

I would speculate along with his experience at Utah, Harbaugh knows some funny business happens at certain NFL stadiums as well. 

My speculation is the 'intermittent' nature of wireless communication. Sometimes this happens due to other radio interference - i.e. wireless microphones can pick up extraneous noise or experience complete signal drop outs. 

But the deeper dive is that although the audio signal itself was never 'muted' or tampered with in some way, the wireless transmitters / receivers can be jammed or disturbed and it would be very difficult to trace the source of that issue. That would be why there's never a firm reason why headset issues occur at certain times and not at others. You can blame that on just about anything, for the most part. The wireless systems are able to accommodate all the assistants on headsets - it's not that the infrastructure is insufficient, but rather not totally reliable. 

Total wild guess, but that's what I believe happens at Gillette stadium - the mics are on and the audio flows but it doesn't always make it from point A to point B. Granted, interference and issues can occur regardless. But consider this: for many of you have been to big concerts with musicians using wireless mics and guitars - how many times have you seen their mics or guitars completely drop out? Maybe sometimes, but it's usually not the norm. Many wireless setups have auto frequency selection, so if they see interference on one band, they auto switch to a clean one. 

A wired connection ensures Harbaugh has a hardline up to the booth always and someone would have to disturb the entire audio system - something very traceable and noticeable - in order to affect the audio. The hardline is the ultimate safeguard.

As a Huge Lions fan with an untrained eye - I think Tomlinson was weak sauce from the absolute get-go. Really a disappointing draft choice and an extremely underwhelming player, considering where he was selected and being from Duke.

I found myself watching him specific just so I could seethe with more anger (i.e. see this year's game against the Titans). One might point to the coaching for his lack of development, but I'd say he's just getting bested by just about everyone he goes up against. Pash rushers know him well - as the guy they can blow past. Waste of a pick, straight up.

Wheatley did a great job of making the most of some of these really ridiculous questions. I like the passion and enthusiasm he has. He radiates with this really cool, but intense vibe and I think that also contributes to his success recruiting. I wish he was my boss ha ha. 

Harbaugh knows exactly what strings to pull and when to be sure his team is fully focused and ready to dominate. 

Depth chart aside, I think the throwback uniforms are a direct statement and that statement has been acknowledged. The response will be a vigorous beat down no doubt. 

"We're gonna be about it, not talk about it." Hell yeah. 

This was a disgusting cheap shot. Not only did it display a total lack of discipline, self-respect, and pride for your team - but I know exactly why he did it. His team lost. He didn't like that. Not one bit. Such tough competitors but sore losers? Ridiculous. Win as a team, lose as a team. 

I'd say two games should do it. That's exactly the type of play we need to keep out of football to keep the sport alive.
