And of course, the most logical position change would be to RB, where we are already stacked. I have no answers and I'm glad I don't have to make the decisions.
One of the observations I really agree with - AJ Barner to the lions. I dunno how he fits with Brock Wright still here, but paired with LaPorta, he'd be sneaky good. The D WILL eventually forget about him and then BAM. Goff to Barner in the endzone for the win.

If I'm the coach, we would have some meetings specifically to discuss ways to get him the ball with room to move. He has Heisman-level talent, but he is NOT a bulldozer. He'll get a yard where Mullings can get 6. But get him a clear path and he gone. ohio and Washington are familliar with that....
My wife has made spaghetti pie - it's bascially: make spaghetti & mix with sauce. dump it into a pan (pie or otherwise). cover with cheese and bake. (prolly more complicated than that?). Kinda winds up like a cross between spaghetti and lasagne. It's perfectly fine, but hard to imagine it as a "most seached"
And yeah, there are shepherds pies and pizza pie, but when I think "pie" (which I do often) I'm thinking of dessert.

Personally, I LIKED our offense about ...90%. I LIKE bullyball. The other 10%: Those times when it's just not working, there are clearly other options, but Jim's just too damned stubborn to take them.
He has all the skills you could want, PLUS an exceptional temperment/attitude. I think if given a reasonable chance (i.e. not ruined by a crappy team with a revolving door of coaches) he will turn out to be the 1st or 2nd best of this class.
an added benefit - JJ drafted high will show recruit QB's that you CAN go to M and still be drafted in the upper 1st round, even without the gaudy stats.
Of course, we have a new coach, so who knows what the offense will be in a few years?
Planned to be a long practice...an ohio grad assisitant was seen beforehand at walmart buying up all the coolers he could find to provide bathroom facilities.
