Yes!!!  I was just thinking that I need to print out a lot of the blog posts and how much I want a book that captures the last 3 years.   I am getting adds for books celebrating this season, but will definitely wait for the HTTV!!

Thanks for all you do!

Great post!!  Thank you for…

Great post!!  Thank you for all you and the staff at Mgoblog do for the Michigan Community.

If this post proves one…

If this post proves one thing, it is that your 1992 psych degree is certainly not useless, as you apply a core psychological concept to a real life setting and explain it in a manner that would certainly make your psychology 101 professor proud (let us say Dr. Chris Peterson).

Thank you for this post. …

Thank you for this post.  You did an excellent job clearly explaining the situation and possible outcomes.

Thank you very much for…

X-Men and Michigan football a time line of my life

Two things I love and think back to and remember what I was doing or what was going on during my life.  Sometimes I even remember dates based on a certain game.  I always remember when certain  friends got married becasue I remember the game we all watched together during their wedding weekend.    Or trips with my family and the game I watched, even bad events or time periods.    Same with the X-men, I look at certain issues and remember where I was when that issue came out.  I remember when the age of apocolypse story line came out the Spring of my Junior year and reading it in my fraternity house  and thinking it was just awesome.

I think the first x-men movie was absolutely horrible on every level.  The second was OK and the third was not good.  First class was good although it was a bit campy.  However, the early scenes with Magneto were awesome and I hope the new movie captures the spirit of that film and the Avengers.  My friend once noted that one of the difference between Marvel and DC movies is that Marvel movies are fun.   Days of Future past should be a darker film, so I will be curious how it compares to First Class or the Avengers.

Hoping in a few years when someone asks me I say yeah 2014 my son graduated kindergarten, Michigan won the big ten and then had a great run in the tourney.

Go Blue!

prognosis

Vast majority of thyroid cancer is is papilary or folicular.  Staging is influenced by age.   Even if the cancer has spread a person his age with papilary or foicular will be rated stage I or II which as you mention has almost a 100% survival rate.

I had papilary thyroid cancer in 2011 which had spread to local lymph nodes.  Even with the metastization I was staged at I or II (depending on which staging charts you look at) and the survival rate is almost 100%.

Treatment is probably surgery to remove half or all of his thryoid and potentiall local lymph nodes to make sure it did not spread.  He will then get a does of radioactive iodine. Overall the treatment is not pleasant but not painful and nothing compared to multiple radiation sessions or chemo.

I pray that he has papilary or folicular and that this will be a tough couple months but make a full recovery and just have to take a daily pill to replace the functioining of his thyroid (not a big deal, a lot of people take such medications  for under peforming thyroids).

Keeping the family in my prayers.

great job

I disagree with folks who think the knock down part was too long.  You captured what the season was like.  You did not advertise this as a hype video.  It left me remembering how tough this past season was.  With our new OC I am confident that we will be a much better team next fall.

Glad to see that Hoke was

Glad to see that Hoke was able to make this move.  It must have been difficult given their history together.  I am curious to see who we hire and if any other offensive assistant coaches are let go with the new hire.
