Both of his touchdown passes were in the pocket I agree that he'll freeze up in moments but I do see some progression I'm sure it's a point of emphasis with this coaching staff.
Shea proved his qb1 spot during 2nd half penn state and this game. Yes he did have a couple errors but we can't assume dcaf wouldn't make some head scratching decisions of his own given the situation.

I don't see this team having the talent to win as an underdog. Offensive line which was praised as the strength all offseason looks shaky. Obscure injuries and questionable play calling with a first time play caller. Complex drawn out trick plays that get blown up or bobbled. The defense looks like it took a step back which is understandable with the talent lost. Overall I say they go 9-3.
Idk fans have to have such blind loyalty but you're right. Its week 1 but I dont see any astronomical improvement. They'll get better but not big ten championship or playoffs better which is the expectation.

I saw him blocking. On the tru Wilson td he was one of the blockers that got him in the endzone.
