I keep saying Jay Harbaugh is toxic to the team

I keep saying Jay Harbaugh is toxic to the team. Think about it that since he is RB coach, and the play calls are mostly on run, and in the meantime, how could they balance the pass and run calls? Because Jay Harbaugh is the son of Jim Harbaugh, he owns the privilege of the preference and that becomes a negative factor to the coaching staffers and send a terrible signal to the players.

Please retire graciously

He is getting older and older, and the progam has been losing the temperament like him to win big including titles.

He has built enough legacy, but please don't burn it with his reluctant leaving.

The Hockey program is labelled by Michigan, not his private garden. Not one should keep it like private property buried with his tomb.

"Hey Jim, have you won anything yet?”

"Hey John, have you won anything yet?" "Who's got it better than us?"

These kind of slogans keep reminding me to ask Jim, "Hey Jim, have you won anything yet?” Championship, you know, we need championships. Can you win one or two?

The issue is we keep singing "the leaders and best", but the players don't have the bood to climb up to win the championship. It's a motivation, a mindset, a blood that is so rare in the team over the years. They just need a little more psychological endurance.

I am sick of Beilein's recruiting strategy

Every time I read some news about BB recruiting, he got someone from nowhere. To be the leaders and best, you have to compete the top-tier pool of recruits. If you can't compete with other BB schools, you are doomed. Beilein just waste the U-M brand and academic resources.

I hope he should retire early. I have lost my interest in BB already.

There isn't next year. Do it now!

They have 4-5 years of eligibility and all they need to do is do it now.

Mental Toughness is critial at the critical game moment. Don't just get emotionalized and can't make a good shoot.

This team has no heart, no gut, no soul.

I lose my heart, gut and soul on it. Next season please!

They need to learn lessons from recruiting.

With the Michigan brand, they should and could have recruited better talents.

They need to learn lessons from recruiting.

With the Michigan brand, they should and could have recruited better talents.

They just can't play tough BB.

Mentally, their mind is too soft and can't compete to win tough games. Every time when there is a close game, the toughness of mentality is more important than skillset.

73-78 Michigan

just guess.

I know this might not be appropriate, but

I wrote it on Twitter to the coach: Stop recruiting players from nowhere. You can't pick up some leftovers & expect to beat elite teams. Win starts from recuiting

Get a championship

then every player will come to play for JH.

Professionally, you have to give Delaney credit.

If he doesn't deserve the credit, he won't be the B1G commissioner, even though many a people can be as competent or better as him.

Leadership doesn't mean he/she has to do everything in detail, but has to envision things that ordinary people can't.

Not need to keep talking about Sparty

Little brother is little brother forever. It really doesn't need to keep talking about them unless you feel the hurt they'v punched you in the last several years. And now and the future, all you need to do is defeat them on the field and then leave them cry alone.

It really doesn't deserve to talk about them. Think big, dream big and do big to make a big Michigan Difference.

The culture needs to be changed.

Fire UP!

Get me to understand more

Do your job. Get all the noises and distractions off your table. When Hoke came in, he was very welcome. He is nice guy, but after 4 years, he was gone.

When JH came in, he was very welcome again. Now he is doing his job, not quite perfectly. Then, criticism emerges, but you can't shut them up. All you can do is winning. Only winning can shut them up. As long as you don't violate the NCAA rules, you can't do everything to make everyone happy.

Think big, do big. What do you mostly care about? Every one can make mistakes, but if you can't win, everything you do is nothing.

Like Tom Brady and Bill Belichick, how many years they have been hated? Just do your job.

How many years we haven't got a B1G championship? How many times we have lost to OSU and MSU in the last 10 years? Are you happy with it? Do you get used to this mediocre reality? When something abnomal happened, do you feel the haven is collapsed? Are you not humiliated by the losses to the OSU and MSU, but feel embarrassed more when JH did something inappropriate? BTW, it's still one-side story, and might be skewed in some way.

Then, let Jim Harbaugh do his job. If he does it right, everything will be ok; if he doesn't it wrong, he will be gone too.

"Those who stay will be champions." but wait,

"Those who stay will be champions." but wait, we had waited for 7 years and still no championship. Fortunately, JH's coming to change it. But, he has to change the culture of competitiveness.

Just do your job!

Let the noises be noises. It's their freedom of expression. But, hey, just don't violate the NCAA rules.

Then, develop the players and win the games. Don't make the situation complicated and get distracted to forget doing your job. Then, it's idiot.

There are many straw man fallacies

"dragging kids along until near the deadline"  is the one. Those haters/journalists pick up whatever straw man they think easy to attack, but as a wise man/woman, you have to be very careful, not to be trapped by the logical fallacies without solid evidence (two sides information).

Morality or ethic is another easy straw man, political correctness of strategy. You just know part of the information, then appeal to emotion to use part as a whole (another fallacy) to mislead the readers.

I really enjoy critically reading any kind of these logical flaws, not just focusing on football issues.

Have fun!

Those who couldn't understand Jim Harbaugh should read

This article tells who JH really is. He cares of the players more than anyone else, much better than Hoke.

Don't just blame his work when he knows what's best interest for the recruits, team, university and himself.

No one is perfect and Harbaugh neither.

Hoke was good to recruits, right? But, he didn't help them grow to be competetive. Every party was suffered.

If Harbaugh told the recruit(s) that it's 50/50, it delivers a clear signal that it isn't optimistic for them.

If Harbaugh couldn't bring the right recruits in to change the program, he would fail himself and so as the Michigan football. He has to make a choose and do the right thing, best for the program and the team and himself. It's a price.

He isn't perfect as long as he is no violation of NCAA rules.

Did he still wear Khaki?

Someone might need to put an M on the back pockets of the pant and register a brand. It will be on hot sale in the coming seasons.
