Women's Tennis — Big Ten Champs!
Michigan women won the Big Ten Championship.
(If a national championship is a natty—despite some old objections on this board—is a Big Ten championship a biggie? A tennie? Or this one, a ten-ten?!
Oklahoma State looks very good. They are our competition for a national title.
Okie State isn't a school I'd expect to see at the top of that ranking, but I just looked and, sure enough, they're #1. Nearby are a bunch of schools (Stanford and UCLA included) that culturally make a little more sense. I'd like to know the history at OSU (NTOSU).
It's definitely a biggie :) or a "conference 'ship" for the non obsessed
Congrats, Ladies!
Well Done!! For the second consecutive season and 12th time in program history, the Michigan women's tennis team has won the Big Ten Women's Tennis Championship. The Wolverine's concluded the regular season with a 11-0 conference record and a 23-3 overall record, winning the outright title with a 4-0 win over Nebraska on Sunday.
Michigan will be the No. 1 seed in the upcoming Big Ten Tournament, which begins on Wednesday, April 24, at the Varsity Tennis Center in Ann Arbor, Mich.
Awesome job, Ladies!
Fantastic job: The title is Michigan's 11th since 2010!!!!
Michigan completed its ninth, and second straight, conference season without a loss.
Ronni Bernstein, one could argue that she is #1, #2 or #3 among all UM's coaches. Warde, pay her.
Hail to the Victors!
