Wingding put in a CB for Mi LB Jeremiah Beasley 2 days ago....

Probably went un-noticed with all the big events happening over the weekend.

Jeremiah Beasley has long been favored to go to MSU.  He currently has 4 CB's to go to MSU that were put in shortly before his visit last year to MSU.

247 sports ranks him #154 overall regardless of position,  #13 LB, and #4 in the state of Michigan. Notable is that he attends Belleville.

This is a pretty big deal for multiple reasons.  If we also land Chiles, it would give us the #10 and #13 LB in the nation.  It would land us another kid from Belleville, helping with another stud from there for next year. It also take away from MSU, as they are headed in the wrong direction in recruiting.

According to On3 we have an 88% chance of landing him and has visited here more than anywhere. That includes visiting U of M four times since his last MSU visit. I believe he is an MSU legacy, which makes this even sweeter.

Feedback from Beasley about Partridge was awesome...

"I feel like I'm the perfect linebacker for him".

Also doesn't hurt that he received 4 crystal balls to MSU last September, 3 of which were considered high levels of confidence. Maybe signaled a silent commit to Sparty? 😂

Beasley ball is good news, but hoping for an avalanche of actual commits in the wake of Davis.

Need them to drown out the bad news in Hoops and the impending gnashing of teeth and rending of garments tied to Seth releasing TCU UFR's.

The four CBs to MSU are from their clueless “insiders”.  Not from anyone of merit. Their tune probably changed to “Tuck wants someone else more, which is why the tide is turning toward UM” or some other nonsense.

Composite Chiles is 6, Beasley 23.  Think you are looking at 247 rank.

Good news either way. Let's get that Belleville pipeline pumping.
