What Michigan stuff did you get for Christmas?

The annual thread. 

My girlfriend spoiled me like crazy this year. I felt like a kid again. 

The centerpiece being my first Bo Schembechler autograph. Those aren't cheap for anyone who knows about autograph collecting. It's certified too with a PS/DNA number.

My most unique gift is a Bob Ufer scoring horn from MDen. If you've been to MDen and saw it behind the counter and see it's gone now, well she purchased it lol. The MDen folks said it was the first one they've sold. Can't wait to use it on Saturday.

 Sometimes I worry that I am too passionate about Michigan sports. Then I see wolverine devotee and I console myself that I am well within the bell curve.   My wife did allow me to successively bid for a signed team photo from the 1997 Michigan national championship team at the local alumni fundraiser. It is already hanging in my basement - and looking sharp.

I bet that pic will draw some attention.  Awesome.

I probably got the least of everyone on the board, but I'm happy with 2 thin M baseball caps. 

1 will make rotation immediately and the other I'll redshirt. 

I wear 1 for working(that's just going to have to be retired, holes, sweaty, dirty) and 1 for going out.  The 'going out' hat becomes the 'working hat' and 1 new one will be put into service immediately as the 'going out' hat.

Santa brought me a Michigan Canopy for tailgating.  How he fit it in his bag and down my chimney, I'll never know!

Also got a deck of Michigan Football Heroes playing cards, they'll come in handy when playing Euchre while tailgating.

Edit: I failed to mention I also got a wool Stadium Collection wall-hanging/ banner with an insert embroidered on it of a drawing of The Big House and a very nice new U of M stocking cap.

And since my birthday is also this week, I've heard rumors that more Michigan-themed gifts are still on the way...

For me, I got a pair of Michigan socks and a M branded duffel bag bag.  Also got my mom a Michigan shirt.  My dad got the real winner (from my Grandma), a Pretzel Bell shirt from Long Lost Tees.

Jumpman t-shirt with small block M.  Looks great holding it up, but not so great on.  Hangs down well past butt cheeks and super tight around the man boobs.  Diet commencing soon.

In Boston visiting the in-laws this year.  They got me a navy long sleeve XL Michigan shirt, which was a very sweet thing to do.

 

I wear a small or a medium, maybe. :P

i think we can all say with 100% certainty that WD has met his soul mate.  I expect a wedding announcement soon.  kudos to you, WD, he who finds a wife finds a good thing.  happy for you.

new shirts and shorts for my son. Unfortunately, I had Desmond Howard autographed, Rose Bowl Football, but the signature( initials) faded. Super bummed but gave my son my unopened fab five basketball set.

New M hoodie to replace any one of my well-worn sweatshirts, a new M polo - grey with blue M on breast - different from all my Blue and maize ones. Two new Michigan bottle cozies...and of course bowl game tix (gifted to myself) since we live in Atlanta and couldn’t pass that up...
