Willie Betts, mid 60's. Only high school player in Michigan history to play on 4 state champ teams. Went to Bradley University. No pro career that I know of.
Franthea Price. Women's b ball. 2 time first team all american at Iowa in 89 and 90, in the Iowa hall of fame. B1G player of year and scoring champ her senior year. Unfortunately before the WNBA so played overseas.
Brent Darby, Jr. won 2 state titles at Rouge. Went to OSU, all B1G first team his sr year. Played overseas. Tragically died of blood clots at only 30 years old.
Dot's on 247, used to be at rivals but they parted ways and I don't think it was a happy exit. He was a big defender of Stuart Dunnings back in the day.
also the fact that BVS was 5th string and not going to play much. and the fact other players like Barrett and Eubanks are trashing BVS on twitter hints that he wasn't much liked by teammates.
totally agree on Watts. Told my sparty buddy a few weeks ago that Watts will transfer at the end of the season. He won't want any more of dealing with the Elf. Probably end up at a mid major and be a 20 ppg scorer.
