Welp, it was a great ride...

Had a lot of fun watching this team compete this season. Hate the way it ended.

If there's a bright side, some of the most important pieces for 2023 made some of the biggest mistakes in this game and that has to be fuel to be obsessive over getting better this offseason.

Unfortunately, TCU was just better today...can't say they would be tomorrow, but the game isn't played tomorrow.

Here's to hoping Corum, Zinter, Keegan, Turner, etc. all return.

Not sure what team this is (143?), but thanks for the ride. The brutal part about college football is now you wait 9 months for another shot. Hopefully next year we'll be improved and ready to take the next step with this program.

Go Blue. RIP Meechie.

The ceiling for this team is unfortunately the semi finals. They got a amazing draw this year, if they make it again it's Bama, USC, Georgia. They're tapped

We'll be good next year too.  Idk if Michigan can ever win the Natty with our style of play and recruiting, but we can prob get close and maybe get lucky.  Future is pretty bright I think unless there's a mass exodus or coaches or Harbaugh leaves.  Who fucking knows.

I complained about alot of the legitimately bad calls by the refs, but TCU won the game and they deserve the Natty. I thought they played their type of game from start to finish. And took advantage of so many opportunities. Also no dirty play, barking after whistle, etc. Their coaches really had a good game plan & their players were prepared.

This team 143 has been so much fun to follow all season. And they left everything on the field tonight. 1 or 2 plays ended differently, and this would have been a win. They should all hold their heads high, trouncing OSU at the toilet bowl and winning the B1G resoundingly while winning 13 games for the first time ever. What a year, Go Blue!

It's tempting to say that they were gifted those pick sixes, but the reality is that they contained our running game and continually dared JJ to throw, and JJ's inexperience caught up with him. They had a gameplan and their gameplan worked. Dykes said as much during his postgame interview.

It is what it is.

Michigan largely beat itself today.  Credit TCU for making a few plays. But those pick sixes and the TOD on the first possession were the difference.

Again, take nothing away from TCU. They deserved to advance. Michigan did not. But Michigan shit itself tonight.

But that’s par for the course with Michigan in a bowl game so it is what it is. Hats off to TCU and Dykes. They earned this.

I got a few negs along the ride for being realistic.    Whatever.    The coaching is what causes the issues.    players play and coaches coach and we sucked at coaching.    we suck at coaching.   not sure if I made my point but we suck at coaching.     conservative run all first half.    I kept telling those around me we need to let the pass game dictate and let mccarthy run.    But we run up the middle, and then pass, and run up the middle and  put ourselves down so far that we could not come back.     COACHING SUCKED

osu is gonna win.   and some here are so arrogant they think we are god.   coaching here is horrible.   We should have won against tcu.     and we lost because of coaching/play calls.

and ohio wins again because they are not conservative.    I am freaking tired of it..    all we had to do is use JJ and allow him to run. from the get.

I’ve said it many times before, but I’ll say it again.  I am 100% satisfied with repeating the results of 2022 ad infinitum.  Guarantee me a win over MSU/OSU and a B1G Title and that’s good enough.  2/3 of program goals is still a fantastic season.

TCU basically took Ohio State's defensive game plan and executed it much better than Ohio State did. Unlike Ohio State, they didn't panic when JJ started making plays in the second half and kept daring him to pass. In the end, those two pick sixes were too devastating to overcome.

Sucks, but it is what it is. Some traditions from the Schembechler era just refuse to die. Shitting the bed in bowl games is one of them.

It was a great ride, no welp. We had a fantastic season. We beat Ohio State in Columbus, second year in a row we beat them. When was the last time that happened? I get that everyone's mad but you're going to throw it all away for this one game? No thanks.

Totally disagree. Ohio State's play against other teams has no bearing on our season and whether we had success. That's crazy. We beat them soundly in Columbus. That's the only game that matters regarding OSU and us. The game tonight against Georgia has nothing to do with us.

I would like to see Michigan become less one dimensional for the upcoming season. I would prefer an offense to be closer to 50% run 50% pass, of course the WR talent would need to be bolstered for this to occur.

Also I am not a fan of all the analytical nonsense. Michigan's night started off bad because of passing on a field goal attempt (because of analytics) and trying a trick play on fourth down.

Nothing like choking on the biggest stage as a big favorite.    The nation watched Harbaugh and his team crap the bed again in the playoffs.  A 1-6 bowl record is an indication that he can’t prepare them in bowl games.

Amen.  One game is not going to make me forget how much this team did for us.

A lot of stupid stuff happened in that game, both of our own doing and otherwise.

Right now it feels like working so hard for a Ferrari and ending up with a Kia.

Given some time I’ll look fondly. However, those pick 6’s, the Red Zone debacle, and Turner missing a tackle on Johnston will haunt me more than “The Spot” ever did.

Yep, it has been and I'm glad I was a believer from the beginning, even if I've never been given any respect for my support.

I'm done here tho, suppression of all QB change criticism when it's obvious, senior leadership would have won a game when recruiting rankings lost it, is Fascist level reactionary.

8 years, Harbaugh isn't the coach that's going to get Michigan a natty. Sure he's good, but we want great. And he ain't that dude. He's never won it all anywhere he's been.
