If we are talking full house (on app so can't see avatars) then Joey wore that jersey on more than one occasion. I have actually been watching them on netflix, as I lived the show as a kid, and noticed it on a couple different episodes.

There are 4 non conference games this year, 2 are against Pac12 opponents, and a third against BYU, who's somewhat of a premier opponent and certainly a game most fans are excited about. All the whining last year flips in 2015, with Sparty and OSU at home, along with Northwestern. Add in a visit to Happy Valley, and yes, this year's schedule is outstanding. Thanks Obama

It's a gamblers-----er, I mean it's a Big Ten football fan's dream. I'd take this over Baby Seal @ Big Ten Team x 14 any day. Especially since there's a good chance Iowa loses to said Baby Seal, and (or) Bobo Beathard tries to injure Jabrill, again.

I think Western Michigan is going to win that.    They played pretty even a few years ago until their QB got hurt.  Plus MSU has a history of losing to the directional schools.

Well, to be fair, MSU has never lost to Western or Eastern. They have, however, lost 3 games to CMU ('91,'92,'09).

Giving Western some credit, though, they certainly played MSU tough a few years ago despite being a 1-11 team under first-year head coach PJ Fleck.

I'm telling you guys, Western Michigan is going to become what NIU has been for the past few years, don't be surprised if they give sparty a fight!

Iowa could very well lose that game to ISU because LOL FERENTZ and Illinois State went 13-2 last year losing to 4-peat FCS National Champion NDSU in the DI National Championship game.

They're going to get stomped.

Top 5 FCS teams are VERY good football teams. Take Illinois State in a heartbeat...tempted to even give 7.5 points and still take them.

Maryland vs. Richmond should actually be a close game, but I think Maryland will be solid next year (even though I'm picking Richmond because I have a personal rule to always take the top 15 FCS school - you'll be right more times than you're wrong).

Part of me looks at Norfolk State vs. Rutgers and wants that to be "upset special" for all sorts of selfish emotional reasons. I am guessing offhand that Northwestern is not going to like Stanford very much after that game and Ohio State probably comes out when the bell rings and flattens the Hokies.

Open the entire CFB season with ND, first game of the entire year. If it's on a Thursday - so what.

Open the B1G season with MSU.

Always close the season with OSU like we do.

It would just be cool for all college football fans nationwide to know "college football is here when Michigan is playing ND." And for Michigan fans to know "B1G season has arrived...time for MSU." And we always* play OSU last, so that's that.

*(I know WD, Hawaii and I'm sure there are other times)

MSU scheduled a home-and-home with all the directional Michigan teams a few years back to show how caring and supportive Mark Dantonio is. Ironically I think they may have cancelled their game at Rynearson though.

Or whatever the heck it was called, was a pretty good (and forward thinking) idea from MSU's Ath Dept.  They'd originally signed 3 for 1 deals with each of the in-state MACs, for which in return for an Eagle, Chippewa and Bronco home date, they all granted MSU massive discounts for their 9 trips to East Lansing.

The deal ended up being such a massive discount for MSU, that EMU requested out last year - as the money they'd receive, even from having one of the in-state B10 teams come to Ypsilanti, wouldn't make up for the lump sum payout they typically receive while being sacrificed at the altar of the Power 5...

Penn State is really a de facto home game. They will pack Lincoln Financial unless Temple alums have cultivated a sudden interest in football.

TCU/Minn, BYU/Neb are awesome games. Love the Nerd Bowl in Evanston too.

Their new coach is doing a hell of a job (Hey, if a bit shtick is what it takes).  #18 in recruiting nationally!!! I know it's early and they will drop but #18.  WOW!  (I think they were as high as 16 or 14 or something like that....).  Still think Sparty takes that one, but don't take them for granted.
