F**k this.

Minnesota and Wisconsin are the two crossover games.

No shot, unless by "survive," you mean 2-2...in a 9 game season, you're done at that point.

We'll get Penn State at home and Ohio State on the road.

If we go 6-3 with a 1st year QB...that would be a surprise.

5.5 wins is the line for this regular season.

Respectfully...no, thank you.

1. It doesn't matter, it's not like this board is full of content right now. There are no Michigan sports (not even pro, other than the Tigers) and we haven't gotten a recruiting '21 commit in FB or MBB in a week.

2. It's finally football and something Michigan football related.

3. They're going week-by-week and it's not coming out in one segment or block.

4. While you don't like it, I do like reading everyone's individual takes on each game rather than discussing the season as a whole.

5. It's 8 threads...no big deal.

It makes ZERO sense. The SEC made sure their best teams played the weakest teams in their crossover matchups. The B1G instead gives Michigan the hardest possible schedule.

I am not sure why everyone is surprised. Big Ten always screws over Michigan. Interesting how at the end of last season the rumor all week was that Michigan was playing in the Holiday Bowl and then Delany screwed Michigan with the matchup against Bama. Restarting the season is only about getting OSU in the playoffs.

This is a toss up game for me. Wisconsin lost Taylor who was one of the best backs they’ve ever had. Wisconsin always has good backs, But they won’t have a guy as good as Taylor this year. And Michigan will have a veteran defensive line at this point. I’ve got this as the closest game so far on the schedule. With Michigan winning by 3.

Does someone have the original 2020 Big Ten schedule somewhere? To me, it just appears they are pulling 2 of the original 3 crossover games from the original schedule and calling it good (I believe Minny and Wiscy were on our original schedule).

Tough schedule, but michigan's home slate is pretty stellar.

Buck up everyone!  Ohio State is on a beeline to the playoff no matter how easy or tough their schedule is.  Michigan on the other hand has a consistent draw of competitive matchups compared to OSU's five week string of bodybag games.  I'm looking forward to it.

I guess I’m not all that upset about this. Michigan was going to play Wisconsin and Minnesota this year anyway. I don’t know who OSU were supposed to play originally, but is it possible the conference just pulled the original crossovers and just said “we’re going with this” for the sake of simplicity?”

In any case, I’m pretty sure that after this Wisconsin is off the schedule for at least a few years.
