Final series of the regular season. Need to keep ahead of those pesky Gophers. I believe the magic number is 4.

Power was making a risky play on the blue line because we’re down two goals and if it works he has a numbers advantage. I don’t mind it; it just didn’t work.

Quinn made large numbers of mistakes, sometimes costing Michigan games, but he has developed just as the NHL thought he would. It’s the situation.

Got the Brisson shot we wanted, but no luck. Brisson hasn’t scored many of those lately.

PP has been meh tonight. Didn’t help that the refs waited most of the game, but Michigan could be tied with a couple of PP goals and have had the chances.

Radio broadcasters saying that we're getting jobbed.  Must be bad if the professionals are actually saying it.

Calling for embellishment on the subsequent play and "automatic goal"

Super disappointing to not finish off our 1st B1G regular season title. Even worse to have it happen against ND, knowing we blew 2 leads at Yost, when winning just 1 of them would have wrapped up the title.

Not over yet but Minnesota is rolling and Wisconsin is just nowhere near as talented (hope for some crazy bounces tomorrow for UW).

Can still win the postseason B1G and a National Championship, but obviously anything can happen in single elimination hockey.

Seeing a lot of people complaining about Michigan’s play that apparently haven’t seen Michigan play ND very often. This is how these games look.

Meh. Disappointing. But it’s the first regulation loss since the new year. Michigan was not likely to go without a loss in the calendar year, and this is a road game against a team that’s hard to play against and is playing for a tourney berth themselves.

Meh.

Well, best case scenario was we get some help form Wisconsin to get on the other side of the bracket as fucking Jeff Jackson.  But as of now we're the 2 and they're the 3 so presuming we deal with this god awful Sparty team and they deal with Wisconsin we'd get them in the semi.  Which ugh.  Just miserable to play against.

Pretty much what we were afraid was gonna happen with us being @ND and Minnesota getting Wisconsin. Now our fate is in Wisconsins hands and if we’re being frank, our odds are bad

I hate notre dame / Jeff Jackson hockey. Feels like we have more annoying losses to ND in the last ten years than anyone else

Well. Our big ten title hopes are on life support. You gotta get at least 1 more point than Minnesota tomorrow meaning we probably need to win and have Wisconsin pull one out of their butts

Losing tonight isnt to blame. Its dropping a game to Wisconsin at home and blowing two separate 2-0 leads to ND at home that are to blame

I know people think Notre Dame is a top ten team, but really they were on the bubble not too long ago (pretty much 13-16), they lost to Niagara and Wisconsin but teams ahead of them (Cornell, a couple of Hockey East teams) started losing and they have been winning a little more.  I know the history of Jackson vs Michigan, I was around for most of those games in the early 90s.
