Whats going on with these threads that are rehashing, multiple days later, things we saw on the broadcast that even the commentators commented on?

Totally reasonable.  I wouldnt have said anything if it was just your post in isolation.  There have been a rash of posts that are written like they are presenting 'new' info for the first time and they feel like those ads you see on some websites ala, what is this celeb doing now, and the content is from 1995.  That kind of thing.

To be fair to Twitter users (as some of you know, I may have an account myself), depending on how your feed is situated, today could actually be last Thursday and tomorrow will be three weeks from now, so if you completely missed something, it's new to you certainly - even this tweet, which actually did go viral around the CFB world.

The original unedited clip of the pratfall is hilarious and I'll never get tired of watching it.

The voiceover in this edited version is not funny and is actually sort of lame.

The tweet was blocked for me, with a "potentially sensitive content" warning on it.  I had to click to allow it to be shown.

I thought it was going to be some kind of decapitation event, but instead it was just a guy hilariously falling forward.

What have we turned into as a society?

My favorite was the cat in Miami.  I wonder how in the world the cat got in that position in the first place?  Great catch with the flag by the people in the lower stands.

True but did you see the doofus hold up the terrified cat afterwards to make sure everybody in the stands saw what a hero he was?  That poor cat had to be scared out it's ever-loving mind and instead of trying to calm it down (or let it go) he grabs it and holds it over his head like he's got the severed head of his country's sworn enemy in his arms.

Yes I'm a cat person.

Oh, and this is a really stupid post OP.  Very old news (yes, new to YOU, but not the rest of the free world) and not worthy of an separate thread IMO.

ESPN replayed this multiple times in their bottom 10 plays or blooper segment.

I don't like the use of "t" before OSU, because it lowers our Blogosphere to OSU's use of ttun.

Dear EQ,

With all due respect for your usual cogent and/or interesting comments, it seems to me there’s more than a similar use of lower case, but instead a major difference.

Their “ttun” is a refusal to use the word “Michigan,” as if there’s something wrong with the word, the state, or the University. They direct disrespect at us with an ancient signal of scorn, refusing to use someone’s something’s name.

On the other hand, tOSU is using their own label, and mocking their pretentious “The.”

The invented usage bastardizes the English language. (E.g., “Where is the The Ohio State campus?”) Worse, it’s always been a marketing ploy to puff up their own importance, a signal of insecurity. Marketing ploys, especially pretentious ones, are always fair game for mockery.

I didnt see it mentioned here on the board . After Oregon beat tOsu , some kids left a rubber duck on the 50 yard line. Should i start a new thread so everyone can see that too ?
