A hs friend who is a representative in his local state house, and an MSU alum, posted that the jumping in the tunnel was just part of football and that Michigan's reaction was extreme. People are stupid. As a society we need to agree that things are wrong.
Juwan was wrong to slap the Wisconsin coach.
The Michigan player who took video of a drunk girl without consent was wrong.
Frank Clark was wrong multiple times.
Brady Hoke was wrong on the concussion.
Bo was wrong not to get rid of that doctor.
MSU was wrong to enable the doctor who was molesting gymnasts.
OSU and their former wrestling coaches were wrong.
Jo Paterno was wrong to enable Sandusky.
Izzo was wrong in whatever that was with his players and the [rape.]
Decisions are easy in hindsight and context is important, but owning up and taking responsibility is important.

It's bizarre how they keep bringing up Juwan. I participated in enough threads here to know that there was plenty of debate about whether an apology/suspension was sufficient or if it might cost Juwan his job. There was no real debate about the heart of the matter; pretty much everyone agreed regardless of whether Gard may have antagonized Juwan, there was absolutely zero excuse for physically assaulting another coach, and anyone who tried to argue otherwise was quickly dismissed as a lunatic.

There's no word from the B1G and Kevin Warren, nor is there any word from any law enforcement agencies, thus far. My assumption is that they are still in the review process.
It will be interesting to see what, if anything, materializes from those entities.

I honestly would be in favor in suspending our competition with them across all sports. Let's see how much exposure they get when they can't piggyback off of our school.

At this point they remind me of the loud mouthed, thin skinned guy at the bar "You gotta problem? Huh?" They are incapable of any meaningful introspection and engage in whatabout-ism and denial. All their issues are, according to them, based on actions by UM. It's pretty convenient.
We really need to drop them.
