Not surprising given how their 2023 class ended…

Heh. They're (Thind/Robinson) cute with how they generally use "parted ways". It's *never* a result of recruits opting to take advantage of better offers; it's always "MSU broke up with them first".

Do reread where I highlighted their penchant for using this language with respect to recruits who decommit. I happened to notice it again re: their staff member.

"Bo Edmudson & MSU part ways; Spartans will re-pursue 5-Star QB."

https://247sports.com/college/michigan-state/Article/Michigan-State-2023-recruiting-football-QB-three-star-Dante-Moore-five-star-196590120/

"Michigan State and Johnathan Slack have parted ways."

https://247sports.com/college/michigan-state/Article/Michigan-State-Football-Recruiting-Johnathan-Slack-200160062/

Apparently this is done to give the impression that Tucker's staff is in control/assuage fanbase alarm. Same 247 writers were apparently responsible for the pump fake with MSU pursuing Dante Moore again/referred to Brady Prieskorn as a diva/drama queen who is only interested in being courted by the highest bidders. No need to fabricate direct quotes.

I wrote "all that up" to address that myopic fabrication allegation after you apparently misread the original post.

And yeah suuuure, Sam Webb/Steve Lorenz also cast aspersions on MSU recruits after it's clear that Michigan isn't really being considered anymore.

To be fair, you may not have seen one in person.

There is a guy who has driven through the park I walk in with a very similar one. I have to admit, it is even worse in person although it lacked the pigeon target.

“Another thing that raised some eyebrows was when a large chunk of the Michigan State creative team all made moves to go to other college football programs around the same time.”

Gotta admit this is the first time I’ve read about web and/or graphic designers, photographers, etc being important enough to a football program that their departure was something worth mentioning.
