His seat is warm in Texas, his record is a little better than Amaker after 4 years, but not much better considering the rebuilding that Amaker had to do. I would rather give Amaker a 2nd chance.

Is this serious? He coached at Michigan for 4-5 years at the turn of the century after taking over for Fischer. Despite winning the big ten tourney in 98, he oversaw one of the worst stretches in MIchigan b-ball history. He ushered us into the cellar.
