Rumor: 2 MgoBloggers Won the Powerball
Mates,
Rumor has it that at least two MgoBloggers won the $1.5 billion dollar Powerball prize. It is not entirely clear which ones, but you have to figure that it might include MgrowOld, Hatter, robf, Putin, SD Mick, Grendel, or even MeanJoe and a few others.
I wonder how they are going to split the $, and what they'll spend it on. Let the speculation begin...

I won the powerball!
Unfortunately I failed to win any of the other five balls. So I won $4. Also I spent $4 on lottery tickets this week.

But seriously, no I didn't win. I usualy don't play but I have been the past couple of weeks with the money being so much.
If I had won I would rent/lease out a suite at the Big House for a couple of games at least and invite many friends and family and a ton of mgobloggers and maize n brew folks to be my guest to watch our beloved Wolverines, that's just one thing I would have done.

I played for the first time in years last night and won $14, because I did the power play.
I know it is extra to play, but the payoff is extra to play. I also saw a bunch (~ 20ish) of tickets won $1,000,000 but only 2 did the power play for more money.
Shouldn't you always do the power play when playing powerball? I mean, the payout is always larger, but it does limit your plays because it is more.
