Love these commercials, the one in particular is when the guy throws the signs in the trash can.  This hits close to home in particular as my wife is the crafty type and makes said signs for local craft shows.  Not complaining as she does well, but that might have something to do with the saying that she puts into the signs.  For example...

"I wish I was a Unicorn.... So I could stab all the idiots of the world with my horn....."

"If I wind up missing, please put my photo on wine bottles so that all my friends will know"

Clemson and Notre Dame have benefitted greatly from very weak schedules over the last 5+ years.

The gauntlet Michigan is about to run through will exact a physical and emotional toll regardless of their performance. Blessings to these young men and their coaches as they take up the challenge.

It seems we have been in this gauntlet mode regardless of performance all season. 

First, it was, "Yes, we beat Western, but Washington's up next!"

Then, a similar story with Wisconsin and Nebraska. 

I have no doubt it'll be the same for MSU, PSU (if they show any improvement), and OSU. 

I'm hoping for the same results the team has had so far.

Joking aside it is sort of nice to have these nothing burger threads that are positive and encouraging rather than "screw this team we suck...fire coach" threads so, hey, let's all just enjoy it.

Like your title, pulls me in and is a general concept in life that I see as a good poetic perspective, but it’s been proven clickbait as the content behind the title is sorely lacking…..

 

But I will give a slight benefit of the doubt and try to add to what I think you might be trying to say…this team seems to have the makeup of one that won’t fully break under pressure, but find themselves instead and find harmony in the highly tense and pressurized moments. Cade does have moxie but I think if things get a little dicey with him, they give JJ full series (with throws) to throw the defense off. I believe this running game and Oline is truly good and no paper tiger at all, I believe the receivers will make enough plays to at least win 11 games this regular season, and the team will lay it all out on the field a la Rocky 4 come the Saturday after Thanksgiving. 
 

My biggest concern is young athletic  linebackers in coverage as the season progresses.
