The elimination of the charitable donation status of the PSD will have a HUGE impact this year. I paid my PSD before 12/31 so I could claim it, but for those who didn't there is an expected large number who will forego their season tickets this year. This should open it up to people on the waiting list. I'm guessing you will have a great shot at tickets this year.

Jim,
You're the head coach, shouldn't be a problem at all.
But seriously, if you call the ticket office they should be able to give you an idea. I don't think they can guarentee anything, but the 20 priority points for being an alum should go along way.

A series of bribes to the right officials helps. Luckily for you, I can be of some assistance. You get me the cash, I put it in the right hands, badda-bing, badda-boom, you've got your season tickets.

I did not look at PSD for every section; but to my knowledge the least expensive is endzone at $78 per. I'm currently paying $210 per in the Blue section (basically 10 yard line). It goes up from there...

I believe all sections require PSD now. End zone a lot lower than others.

You can always get them on stubhub for less. People will need to dump them.

Yes, you can get tickets on the secondary market. Yes, the home schedule this year is not great, and lackluster games often go for less than face value on the secondary market.
But ...having season tickets means that you don't have to constantly look, gauge prices, etc. For "big" games, you don't have to pay inflated prices. If you like your seats, you can renew endlessly and know you'll like where you sit. Additionally, you might enjoy sitting around the same folks game after game and enjoy the cameraderie.
Like most things, arguments to be made on both sides.
