a bunch of anonymous posters on a message board I frequent want you to know that they care more about your health than the result of any game"
Wilton Speight: "I'm using the bathroom, please leave"

maybe don't give him the message when he's in the bathroom.
A bunch of anonymous posters had no problem talking him down behind his back - hopefully he has no idea or doesn't care. Still how do you know he wouldn't appreciate hearing messages of support? He's a human being.

So does that mean a disk issue? That was my first inclination after seeing the cheap shot he took.

if you can't win, take cheap shots and play dirty.

I'm a couple hours late here, but you say "not ready"... Is there a "not ready YET" implied there?
October 1st, 2017 at 9:23 PM ^
Good question. Let's just say not ready for '17.

that is a question that we don't need the answered.

I totally disagree with that. I do believe O korn will do well in the starting role, but if something happens Peters actually is the most talented QB. Peters and Mccaffery are the most talented QB's on the roster. Obviously they are young and have no experience, but I think Peters would perform well if called upon. I have lost all faith in Speight and believe he has been given more than enough chance to show he can move the offense. No offense will look good without a decent QB.

This is precisely the problem other fans had with Peppers last year.
The media/commentators have to sell the game to people who aren't PSU or Michigan fans, hyping the best player on the field is a solid way to do it.
I hope we trounce him.

Here's the thing: it's warranted. The dude is utterly amazing.

Can't wait to see the Brown response. My Mone is on it.

watching game on mute and listening to Dierdorf. No way I can hang with Herbie for 4 hours.

Premature ejaculation for Herbie.

I like our chances against Penn State at Happy Valley.
I predict our D will knock McSorley out of the game and neutralize Barkely.
Offense will score just enough to win.

Why isn't it 7:30p like all the other B1G night games?
Note that 30 minutes makes a difference, I just thought I heard something that all B1G night games were moving to 7:30p this year.
October 1st, 2017 at 5:08 PM ^
I don't think this is real news. It's a fan account.
I think this will end up being at 7:30 if it's on ABC and 8 if it's on Fox. ABC promised to keep all Big Ten night games at 7:30, Fox/BTN can still host 8:00PM kicks.
October 1st, 2017 at 5:11 PM ^
Ahh, so I'm not completely losing it.
Thanks for the insight.

Seriously. Missed the first drive of the UM/Purdue game, and then yesterday was even worse, missing almost half of the first quarter of Iowa at Staee.
Fox better get their shit together; move up the baseball games by 1/2 hour or start football at 4:30.
October 2nd, 2017 at 1:39 AM ^
I can't believe the Big Ten offices can be to pleased with the baseball games running over into the football games.
Thank God the Cubs/Brewers ended in the 10th. I was dreading that being a long extra inning game.

This isn't confirmed yet and the link you provided isn't reputable.
This twitter account is a fan account with no connection to the Unviersity or ABC/ESPN.
The schools and networks have both still said nothing. So this is not confirmed, even though it'll likely end up being true.

But there are 2 specific days on which this information can be released. The only release dates for Big Ten games on October 21 are: (1) Monday, October 9, and (2) Sunday, October 15.
Because today is neither Monday, October 9, nor Sunday, October 15, that means the kickoff time has absolutely not been set.

C'mon, this is a lazy take. This sort of stuff always rotates and depends how strong teams are in any given year.
Last year Ohio State had back to back night games at Wisconsin and Penn State and both of those teams got byes the week before. OSU also had to go to East Lansing the weekend before The Game while we got to host IU.
This year they have favorable timing, last year was us. Just ebbs and flows.

Agreed. Plus their weak ass shedules and conference in general. Any scheduling complaints should be directed to Wisconsin. F Them
