If memory serves correct he was offered a higher paid position with another program before accepting the LB coach job here. I'm under the impression that he is a pretty loyal to Harbaugh giving him a foot in the door at the next level.

Remember what everyone said was singular position group that was an unknown at the beginning of the season? LB! ...Gedeon, McCray and Peppers all had great seasons! And the young guys who played showed some good promise.

With Singleton, Jordan, Ross and Co under coach Partridge the future is bright! Go Blue!

I hope Partridge can work his way up while staying here and be the heir apparent to JH. He looks to have a special talent for recruiting and seems to be a good coach as well.

Something tells me he won't last long before some team gives him a major roll, maybe we match, who knows. We gotta enjoy the guys while they are here, our coaches are on another level
