I assume WD is talking about Otis "not even trying to hide" that he is dating that girl anymore.
You see, WD knows Otis' old girlfriend, and how when he started dating the new girl, they kept it real low-key for a while so as not to upset his ex. But now, they're just coming right out with it. Otis is a very sensitive young man, and while things just didn't work out with his ex, what with her issues with jealousy and her short fuse, he still wanted to make the transition to her seeing him with someone new as painless as possible. Now, he's not even trying to hide it anymore...
That's how I interpreted this post, anyway...

The OP/picture makes it look like they are giving cadillacs to players. That's very appealing to a lot of 18 year old kids. However, I don't know that this is new news, it's just the first time I'm seeing a picture of what is probably the REAL offer.
What's more interesting from the OP is that he deleted his tweet shortly after posting it. Sounds like someone asked him to delete it, because, yeah, it makes Georgia look bad. Still, could just be a car they drove him around in.

If it was a Chauffeur vehicle, it wouldn't have a specific player's number on it. Possibly its a chauffeur vehicle for Reese to pick him up because that was his high school number.

Last week he tweeted some pictures of himself decked out in a Michigan uniform. He tweeted out a congrats to Mike Barrett on his commitment. He's just making the rounds on his visit. It's probably still a little better than 50/50 he stays blue.

I think people are hinting at the fact that his high school number is on the vehicle behind him, insinuating that Georgia is dangling a brand new vehicle as incentive to go to Georgia.
I think this overlooks the possibility that they put customized numbers on the vehicles that the staff uses to tour the kids around campus for the weekend, which, IMO, would be a nice, subtle notion.
Maybe I'm naive, but I don't think the number 6 on a vehicle that happens to be in the picture means that Georgia gave the kid a car.
