OT: Ohio State suffering anyone?

Submitted by sheepman on

OSU is getting absolutely hammered in Bloomington right now. 18 to 48 at the half.

So if you are interested...

The Purdue game was a loss before the season even started. People are fooling themselves if they thought otherwise.

They have monsters on that team.

The fact that we were in the game until about 5 minutes WITHOUT our first round draft pick is pleasantly surprising.

Now there going to come back and win. I don't normally believe in superstitions but the "Posting on Mgoblog when rival is losing" one has been proven to many times for me to ignore it.

Don't think I've ever seen a thread on 11 Warriors about michigan getting blown out in basketball.

Threads like this are embarrassing.  Take this crap to RCMB.

You complain about a thread here yet you admit to reading 11 warriors and going on their message board which is probably equally as bad.

Unless you're going there after Michigan beats them for some laughs.

I haven't, but thats because I have only been on it like 3 times in the last decade, but this is only the first I have seen on here in a couple visits a day over the past decade. So with rounding, essentially the same on either site.

Weird fluky win over UK notwithstanding, OSU is not a great team.  We need to beat in February and finish ahead of in B10 standings. That sounds obvious, but their performance has made it even more imperative.

I can think of about a dozen "almost wins" in that building.  The 89 national championship team lost there by 1.  The Fab Five lost there by 1.  And I can think of 6 separate times off the top of my head were we lost there by 2...mostly in the 90's and early 2000's.

Losing to many crappy IU teams in that building always sucked but I hated the quick whistles more.  A couple years ago, we were playing there (I believe it was the 2014 team that won the conference) and we were called for two fouls just 11 seconds into the game.
