OSU kicker getting harassed

This is disgusting, Urban needs to come out publicly supporting his players after a loss. This should be a reminder to not engage with players after a loss. I wonder if any recruits parents will see this and maybe change their kids mind.

I'm not saying it doesn't happen at every school, being a FB coach I personally would stand by my players after a loss, I didn't like the way he blamed some players in his presser. These athletes are people too, they have emotions and feelings.

If the refs show a clear bias, call them out. That is unacceptable. I would be embarassed to be on the side of a winning team that needed the help of the officials to get that win.

I also do not recall Michigan being the beneficiary of any officiating such as that in Columbus this year, or that game in EL where the clock operator gave them all the time they needed.

I don't doubt that there is a segment of fans at each school deranged enough to do this. But I do suspect that at OSU, that segment is a bit larger than at other B1G schools. This is a place where Michigan fans are warned to wear "neutral colors" in the street.

I will say this - while most schools have *some* deranged fans, the osu probably has by far the most that would publicly harass the kicker following A 31-0 LOSS!!!!!!!!!!!! As if he could've easily made the difference with, oh, 11 FG!

We also didn't need to line up in a punt formation with gunners blocking no one and our punter 15 yards behind the line of scrimmage.

It was 4th and 2 at midfield. Put the offense out there and either go for it or have the QB do a pooch punt out of the shotgun.

It was an email, not via social media (the specialists tweeted it out). The email is insanely shitty, but rather than post it here and seem to imply some hope that it will "hurt" OSU, let it be a reminder to shout down the many (way too many) asshole fans we have who act unhinged towards players after losses, too.

I wasn't meaning to imply hope that it will hurt OSU recruiting, it was more a rhetorical question. It was more a shot at Urban for blaming some players in his presser, I believe that sort of attitude paves the way for others to act that way.
