So Kansus State took 'em down? That's great.
September 26th, 2020 at 3:49 PM ^
Shame, that.
September 26th, 2020 at 3:50 PM ^
KSU sent Okla home.
September 26th, 2020 at 4:51 PM ^
Dan, please try to smile and nod.
September 26th, 2020 at 3:50 PM ^
Bye bye Lincoln Riley.
September 26th, 2020 at 4:28 PM ^
Lincoln Riley...next head coach of your Detroit Lions.
Not.
September 26th, 2020 at 4:36 PM ^
Lincoln Riley. Next head coach to be fired by the Lions after Patricia gets fired.
Fixed it for you.
September 26th, 2020 at 4:39 PM ^
Thank you. Though Linc is too smart to jump at the Lions job. So, he'll be fired by a more professional organization, say, the Denver Broncos.
September 26th, 2020 at 3:51 PM ^
Finger failure, sorry.
*Oklahoma lost 38-35. They were up 14 and imploded in the 2nd half
September 26th, 2020 at 3:54 PM ^
OU was actually up 28-7 in the second half.
September 26th, 2020 at 4:03 PM ^
Are they coached by Matty P?
September 26th, 2020 at 4:14 PM ^
Let me correct you on that name, it's Fatty Matty Patty, idiot extraordinaire!
September 26th, 2020 at 4:36 PM ^
So, a big fat guy with a caveman beard and a pencil behind his ear while using an ipad. Cumong.
Not that I'm trying to fat shame the guy but he has a world class gym, world class trainers and a kitchen full of nutritionists at work! And he's the boss. With all that available at his fingertips the only excuse he has for being that out of shape is a lack of discipline. So why should we be surprised his team lacks discipline?
September 26th, 2020 at 6:31 PM ^
No shit on the roundness. I was at 260. Finally just stopped eating till I was "full". Watched my intake - not even what I was eating just how MUCH I was eating. Bam. Lost 50 lbs in 6 months. Maybe my genes are lucky but it really was quite easy.
September 27th, 2020 at 1:26 PM ^
~referencing beard measuring device certified by NIST....Yep Caveman Beard claim checks out.

Oklahoma Lions?

September 26th, 2020 at 5:25 PM ^
Like to watch Big 12 games because of how much I giggle at the lack of D played. Dislike watching due to how many times a game a QB throws down field into contested coverage only to have the WR pull it in. Sigh, the Michigan passing game the last how many years now.
September 27th, 2020 at 12:06 PM ^
And I thought Alex Grinch was supposed to be all that.
September 27th, 2020 at 1:06 PM ^
Hmm Exactly like ETROIT. Will be an easy transition.
September 26th, 2020 at 3:52 PM ^
So who is going to lose in the first round of the playoffs instead??
September 26th, 2020 at 4:36 PM ^
I would take that every year
September 26th, 2020 at 5:36 PM ^
Like everybody else, I would take it.
They took Georgia to overtime, though, in the same year that Georgia took Alabama to overtime. (The other two years they did not look so good. Especially this past season.)
September 26th, 2020 at 3:54 PM ^
The pollsters will see this as a early season close 3 point loss at the end of the year and not the shit dripping from the ceiling embarrassing choke job that OU presented to everyone watching on TV.
September 26th, 2020 at 4:12 PM ^
Yeah, this might not be their only loss. That defense and O line is pretty bad.
September 26th, 2020 at 6:05 PM ^
Is she the lady with the sweet corn?
September 26th, 2020 at 10:10 PM ^
I had a food network thing going for awhile. More to come.

TransferP, my mother and sister follow this young lady from WVa. We call her the tomato lady. She has every strain of tomato known to man as well as hybrids. She belongs to a co-op for trading each others harvests. I watch with me mum when un town.I cheat with my lemon OG lol. Or else I'd a jam a screwdriver through my ear drum after 9 minutes. I also watch her fav movie with her "Pride & Prejudice". I like the Keira Knightly version though she likes the British version's a little fine.Again I cheat with the lemon OG for a good cause, nice quality time with me mum.?
September 26th, 2020 at 3:58 PM ^
Ah, yes...we have an upset!
September 26th, 2020 at 3:58 PM ^
Considering Kansas State lost to Arkansas State two weeks ago, Oklahoma will probably drop to....#5 in the rankings.
September 26th, 2020 at 4:01 PM ^
Well played historian, well played.
September 26th, 2020 at 4:05 PM ^
Oklahoma is annually overrated and Lincoln Riley basically thrives in a garbage conference where defenses are also a garbage level afterthought. Riley is nothing but a Frames level coach who, were Oklahoma in the B1G stare down 2-4 losses per year pending their schedule.
The committee will probably see this as an "early season" loss and continue to overrate Oklahoma later in the year. Book it.
September 26th, 2020 at 4:14 PM ^
Didn't you post this in the other thread?
September 26th, 2020 at 4:34 PM ^
Basically. I still feel that way.
September 26th, 2020 at 5:43 PM ^
Can we stop with the Frames level coach stuff? I've seen us need to take a timeout on the first play of the game, hand the ball off to a tight end, and hand the ball off to a former FB who hadn't played fullback all year.
September 26th, 2020 at 6:05 PM ^
Frames is nothing special as a coach. Probably as good as Penn State could target though. He made his name in the B1G on the back of Joe Moorhead, Saquon Barkley and Trace McSorley. He took over a solid program (if horribly mired in scandal) with built in recruiting advantages in-state. He won a B1G title in 2016 and has done nothing of substance since that time. No Moorhead =/= pretty average.
Riley runs roughshod over a conference where defense is unnecessary. He would be an average or Frames level coach in the B1G. Solid recruiter.
You conflate random Michigan miscues (I could add to your list, believe me) here with more macro concepts.
September 26th, 2020 at 6:47 PM ^
Okay? So far Harbaugh in college has made his name with Andrew luck and been pretty meh otherwise.
September 26th, 2020 at 6:54 PM ^
Was Riley the head coach when Oklahoma recently pounded OSU? If so, then Michigan fans don't have much grounds to talk about how average he would be in the Big 10.
September 26th, 2020 at 4:37 PM ^
I mean to be fair, there are 2 threads on this topic.
September 26th, 2020 at 4:18 PM ^
In addition to this garbage conference, I just noticed that Texas is ranked #8.
Texas has pretty much been garbage for a decade now and finished last season unranked. How do the pollsters justify that ranking?
Even with the B1G and PAC taken out, that still seems overly generous.
September 26th, 2020 at 4:23 PM ^
I mean Louisiana is a top 20 team because they barely beat two G5 Georgia teams and Iowa St. Texas isn't a top 10 team but who would you rank above them? You can probably make some arguments, but there are equally valid arguments for Texas considering the current landscape.
September 26th, 2020 at 4:39 PM ^
We finished unranked in 2017 and were back in the top ten in 2018. Texas is no different than us.
September 26th, 2020 at 4:49 PM ^
They will lose 1 or 2 more at least. You can't be champs with that defense especially in the Big 12 with those offenses.
September 26th, 2020 at 4:08 PM ^
Oklahoma does go down, they performed some serious fellatio and Kansas State left Norman, Oklahoma very satisfied.
September 26th, 2020 at 4:11 PM ^
Rattler's natural talent is amazing, but he still seems to lack that maturity and poise of an elite QB
September 26th, 2020 at 4:12 PM ^
What is even more amazing is how short handed KSU was on defense, especially the defensive backfield. Also, OU's OLine was a bit of an issue. And though he did start several games last year, 5th year senior Erik Swenson is relegated to a backup role this year.
September 26th, 2020 at 4:35 PM ^
We'll always have the memories of processing.
