Not JUST Brady!  Not a pat's fan but a fan of the MICH players there.

Alan Branch and David Harris deserve some recognition for that tasty '06 Defense!!!

You know I always wondered why there isn't more active poaching by the NFL of successful college coaches...OCs DCs HCs etc. See so many retreads aroumd the NFL...did Kelly ruin it for everyone?

was a semi-successful pro coach with the Jets and Pats before he got hired by USC. There's just such a huge difference in how to coach college kids and pro players that it makes it insanely difficult. You can tell the guys in college that would be good in the pros, and it's basically Harbaugh, Shaw, and maybe a couple others.

The Chiefs put a whoopin on NE a few years back. Everyone chomped on and on that week about how Brady was over the hill and the NE dynasty was over.

Brady proceeded to beat the Seahawks and won his fourth ring. My point is that Brady has been outplayed before, and it's really never mattered. All that matters is who's left standing at the end. And it's a very safe bet that he'll be the last man standing after Super Bowl LII

Just to set a positive spin on what looked pretty bad... Week 1, 2003: Patriots released Lawyer Milloy, lost 31-0 to the Bills. Final record: 14-2 with a Super Bowl victory. They know what to do here, but it seems like there are a lot of holes. And if they lost Amendola, no idea what they'll do for WR targets.

Stat line was grossly one-sided in this game. Alex Smith went off. Doubt this is any foreshadowing for the Pats this season

From the missed receivers to the dumb throw two yards beyond the line of scrimmage, Brady was pretty off tonight. Prepare yourselves for a week of "is he too old?" accompanied by Peyton comparisons.
