I'm not a big schadenfreude guy in general, but I enjoyed the fuck out of that. Loved the airball at end of regulation. Izzo is a piece of shit and fuck him.
Me too. First priority Michigan but hung in there respecting Izzo for a long time because of the Yooper doing well thing but I turned a while ago because he has become a real ass. Classic forgot where he came from thing.
I now really enjoy seeing him lose.
But he wore teal for a game after he ran a permissive program for years. Thay shows he is a good guy!

UCLA isn't a trash team at all.. their PG quit recently and now are finding their way.. I have them beating BYU and Texas. Jaquez is as good as Garza.

My 3-year-old woke up with 50 seconds left in regulation, so I let her watch overtime while eating a bedtime snack. It’s the first time she’s ever watched more than 30 seconds of any sport. When it was certain to be an early exit for MSU, I let out a satisfied “heh” and grinned like a vaudeville villain, all which she mimicked. I’m beaming with pride.

All the official sites (and betting sites) list the tournament as starting today - so clearly yesterday's games are not included.
Their streak is dead for all official purposes.
As hard as the Spartans played, they still stunk it up against an equally lousy play-In team. A fitting end to their mediocre season.
There isn’t a sports figure I hate more than tiny Tom. So other than a Michigan win, there isn’t another game result more satisfying to me.
