MSU Commercial
Did anybody else notice the MSU commercial during the game trying to attract future students with access to the biggest comic book collection in the world? I think some old guy on MSU campus is letting the kids go through his comic book collection in a basement somewhere. I have no idea what was going on. Anybody else see this?

Saw it and thought the same thing. The difference between the UM and MSU commercials is telling.

So MSU has comics museum and OSU has cartoon museum. Let’s beat both of these jokers ! And video games collection beats both of these anyways.

I mean, university libraries and special collections can have some pretty weird stuff. Michigan has a very significant collection of science fiction literature, and another for youth literature. I had a friend who would go to the Grad to read through their collection of comic books. He now draws his own.
Like it or not, Michigan State is actually a very good state university. And their library is actually quite strong. But if I were them, would I lead with the comic books? Probably not.
