we should roll the sh* out of them. then again, i say that weekly and then sit there mid-2nd quarter thinking... wtf.

I'd like to call the Nebraska game "interesting" but I completely follow your line of thinking. I'd like to see JIm Harbaugh from the very start of the game approach it with a "beat them to death early, then keep beating them just in case", but it's Jim Harbaugh. When we have him we don't need to have a Freddy Krueger or Jason Voorhees opponent.

Night games are nice for me, selfishly, as we are a soccer family with three kids playing and almost always busy Saturday afternoons. It's nice to sit around with my boys in the evening and watch the game. That said, it seems like Michigan tends to have weird shit happen in night games. Hopefully this one will be smooth and enjoyable.

Damn, really? I was one of the lowest on this board in the depths of BPONE, and I stayed there until the Wisconsin away win in 2021. Now, even I am optimistic. Have you not watched anything in 2021 or 2022?

And it's Minnesota. They just lost to Northwestern. And Mo Ibrahim isn't walking through the door for them.....

Thanks for posting.  Not a fan of night games either but thankful to now plan that Saturday.  Wish we had all the kickoff times already and look forward to hearing when the rest of TBD times are set.  Beat Nebraska and Go Blue !

Ugh. I will be at Michigan v Providence in Yost Arena at that time. It would be nice if they could move the hockey game to 4:00 on Saturday--they are playing Sunday at 4:00 already.

Not at all surprising.

Minnesota's level of play this year suggests that this game should, on paper, be over in somewhat early fashion, but I've seen enough Michigan football to know that I shouldn't be surprised if they get into one of their annual "clunkers" of a game where they let a team that is otherwise incredibly mediocre play largely mistake-free, inspired football, and an otherwise mediocre QB to play his best career game.

This will probably be another 34-10 "boa constrictor slow but steady choke-out" game, but there's a not-zero percent chance that "The Greek Gunslinger" decides he's going to live up to his namesake for this game and make the life of every Michigan fan a living hell for 3.5 hours.

and what's with the late notice on the game time?  Have a friend who's been trying to plan a sizable viewing party/picnic around this game.  This certainly doesn't make his job easy.  Seems like B1G is getting more and more self-centered with how they make their decisions.

Any chance the band will travel for the Little Brown Jug? Assuming it's a firm no, given that it's two weeks before they play at Sparty. Barring playoffs, it's almost certainly the only game I'll make this year.

Flying into MSP early morning on Friday. Meeting lots of old buddies from West Quad Chicago House circa late 70's and other Michigan Alums and friends from the Twin Cities and afar.  We are going to be loud and animated during the game, I promise you. And I've got until late Sunday night to recover. Those direct flights not the best schedule but less hassle.

Good stuff awaits! PJ will be rowing astern by the end of the game!!  GO BLUE!!
