We might as well have a game thread for this one. I should go on a walk with Mrs. XM, with the sun shining up north, but I won't until/unless we don't start out well.

If we win this game but lose Eli Brooks, I would argue that that's a worse outcome than losing the game but Eli Brooks turns out to be okay.

I *hate* how CBS spends so much time with the camera on individual players /coaches *while* the game is actually happening.
So infuriating to know that the ball is in play and the camera & announcers are still busy focused on what happened 10 seconds ago.
