Was just about to post this. HYPED

This is the perfect time to aim for some of the top recruits in the country. These are the type of ballers that could put us over the top. MSU is leading the crystal balls but after the shitshow theyve had why wouldnt someone choose Michigan over MSU

6-8 Small Forward. Highlights make it seem like he can do it all. Drive, Dunk, Shoot, and has some nasty blocks

he also needs to get the academic presentation and have his transcripts sent in. Beilein requires more than just stopping by to visit practice.

There's been a case or two when recruits have claimed offers they didn't yet have. Beilein told them they would get an offer once they did what he asks and they jumped the gun. I would not assume that's what happened here. Fort Wayne is not too far away and Beilein and staff don't talk much about recruiting. Unlike with football, visits seem to fall under the radar quite often.

At some point you'd hope kids figure out you're going to get better coaching in a system more similar to the NBA than at all but a couple of comparable programs that do not include the likes of Tom Izzo

Has Beilein changed his campus visit requirement for an offer? Would be great to start landing higher rated guys who value excellent coaching over a couple hundred thousand of bag money

Negative recruit other schools, but this is a case I almost wish he would. But only to counter the BS he's being fed from MSU. In this case Beilein would be doing him a favor by actually giving him the truth.

Beilein MUST strike while irons hot. His swag is sky high right now. Big Ten tourney Championship, Final Four, Championship Game, putting dudes in the NBA...he has every selling point a coach could possibly want. Now he and his assistants just have to close the deal

Not offering anyone that will be easy to reel in. He is lacking one very important selling point though. Space on the roster is very tight. As of now, the first 2019 commit will put him one over the scholarship limit. We already need at least one departure to fit in the 2018 class and Moe leaving early doesn't affect 2019 numbers.

Long time reader of the blog since the Demar Dorsey rabbak days. I was high school teammates with his dad Keion Sr. who was a great player in his own right (played for Wright State). Unfortunately for him he didn't have the size of Jr. I haven't seen him play in person yet but I have seen video and highlights of his since before the 8th grade. His game has really developed. He definitely visited last summer or possibly the summer before last. The conference that he plays in is extremely tough and the largest in the State. Knowing his father I'm sure this will be a clean recruitment so we should have a chance. I'll definitely get in contact with him at some point if it looks like we have a shot so I can get a read on our chances. He would be a welcome addition to the class and perfect 4 in Coach Beileins' system. Go Blue.
